Hello Ziet! I love your informative videos! Could you please do a comparison between unit trusts and ETFs? Which is better over the long term >10 years? Thank you in advance! 🤗
Helloo! Sure, both have its pros and cons really, and need to really find the exact similar ones to make an apple to apple comparison. Let me see what i can do!
What is the diff between PIDM insurance and guaranteed security/insurance for your money in Versa? I notice Versa is not PIDM insured, is it still similarly safe?
Hi ian, to answer that, PIDM guarantee/insurance is only applied for Savings and Fixed Deposits. Money market funds like Versa Save and investment funds like Versa Invest are all investment accounts, hence why it's not PIDM insured. In my opinion, as long as a local financial institution is regulated by Securities Commission, it should be a good indication they are in good hands.
Hi Zeit, thanks for the video. I was using versa all the while but didn't fully understand all the funds available until I watched your video. Great explanation!
At 13:10 that's a good point about considering brokerage fees as a percentage though it's not 1% per annum, it's one time fee so it's still not comparable if looking at holding over a longer period since brokerage is paid once only.
Hi Ziet...if one places a buy order for a unit of versa gold today at 0.65 per unit and transfers fund from maybank2u...the incoming fund from Maybank2u takes 5 days to clear, and after 5 days versa gold is now priced at 0.7 per unit....what is my purchase price??....is it 0.65/unit at the time of order placement or 0.7/unit at the time of incoming fund clearance???...appreciate your input..thnx in advance
@@ZietInvests As mentioned I only put in Versa Cash which took few days to settle & it has passed over a week & is appear on it but I can't cash out & did not do any other investment.
Hi there! Unfortunately it seems like they only allow Malaysians with IC to open it 🥶 try Syfe in Singapore? They should be more or less the same thing😊
I think fee raiz lagi mahal sebab ada fee at platform level + fund level. For Versa x ada platform fee cuma sales fee + fund level. Ok kalau versa growth -i and versa global-i 0 sales charge.
Bagaimana nak diversify...? And what the best for diversify...investment on versa global i and gold or with singapore invest..?

Question about the PRS, if I already have PRS, can I also use the PRS in Versa? I saw the quests for PRS are attractive

Hello danny! Glad that our video could be of help😁 keep up the research and study!!
Hello Ziet! Your video is amazing! Everything in Versa were well explained and in details.
Thank you so much!!
Hey Ziet, will appreciate if you can do comparison between KDI invest and Versa. Thanks and your videos are really helpful for me!
Sure thing!
I like this video, I've invested in versa SGD and we'll see how it goes
Thank you Vincent! Glad you liked the video😁

Yes! But one can also argue, some invest and DCA on a monthly basis so the brokerage fees does add up too!
Can you do a Versa vs Moomoo comparison ?
They are both not comparable tho, 1 is a wealth management platform, another is a stock broker (with wealth management features coming soon)👀

Ziet can you make video for new young people that want to make saving but they want that money to grow safely without very high risk
Thanks uncle, really detailed video
You’re welcome little girl😙
I hate the waiting time for the funds to appear in our portfolio
It does have some time delay because they are routing through affiliate banks, that's why :x
1.5 % management fee …nah
Definitely not cheap, but they are mainly competing against the conventional UTs/MFs, not the investors that are already investing via brokers
Thanks for breaking it down 👍
I put in RM100 into Versa cash to test out then i try to cash out but can't, Why?
Have you allowed for settlement period? Usually you have to cancel the investment, wait for the cash to settle, then can only wothdraw😊

Licensed by SC does it mean that it is also protected by PIDM up to RM250k?
Regulated* by SC
Not insured by PIDM yea since they are all considered an investment, not the conventional savings/FD
Hi Ziet, can a foreigner open versa account? Thanks.
Ur subscriber from S’pore 🤭

Dia sama macam raiz je. Beza raiz min labur rm5 manakala versa rm50-rm100. Caj fee tahunan pun ikutkan murah raiz daripada versa
Ye lebih kurang, tapi versa min. rm 100 ye, dan kena tengok performance fund juge
I think fee raiz lagi mahal sebab ada fee at platform level + fund level. For Versa x ada platform fee cuma sales fee + fund level. Ok kalau versa growth -i and versa global-i 0 sales charge.
When considering the performance (annualized) - does this already include the income yield? i.e capital gain + yield ?
The return quoted is total return i.e should have included dividends
This seems like a clickbait video
how so?
