I can’t say I’m desperate to see this one, nor am I sold on Awkwafina being in this 😂 She must check the cast board in EVERY Hollywood studio and be like ‘Right, sign me up for this cameo’ and long behold, she’s in every bleeding movie!! 😂
I agree with your negatives, it's the weakest story, more action-based (though the battles were pretty exciting). I forgot Akwafina was in this and was ☹️ . Poh was alone to give the idea that it's about a personal journey though I do not see him as a spiritual guide at all. More of a food guide! Hehe! It was not a bad 4th installment, but very middle of the road. My two young companions thought it was awesome, so it worked for them. Poh is a good hero. Not perfect but full of heart.
Perfectly said! It muddled its way over the finish line but managed to have some fun along the way 😊 hopefully they bring back the group for any future instalments 😊
It's funny that you said this isn't "mega-lazy," because I definitely thought of that Megamind sequel and how it's currently getting dragged through the mud. I'm behind on the franchise as I've only seen the first. But I'm glad this wasn't a complete bust. And as for Awkwafina.....that's all, folks. 🤐🤐🤐
Man Awkwafina again. Every other movie I watch has her in it and I can’t stand her voice. The weirdest part to this movie is not having the furious five here. They are a big part of the franchise.
