Awesome I have been to a few of those stores and also done well, but I was so new then I am sure I missed a lot. Found a set of hot rollers at that Family Thrift for $4 and sold for $80 (that store was surprise - cash only). Can't wait to see the flea market! Are you going to do any Bins trips / videos? Or is too random and too much chaos. That's my CHALLENGE: Bins you've never been to and pay for the trip!
Yes, we have a call schedule. For example I do the morning call every day, we have a toy sellers call on Mondays 3 PM EST, Shoe call Wednesday 2 PM EST. And if you can't attend live, that's okay we have all the replays available@@az_atticresellers2599
Hi Tech, thanks for all the knowledge. Here’s a challenge for you: As you travel, choose one reseller to meet up with in that city. Let that reseller go through any given thrift store first. You then go in and school everyone on what that reseller missed.
On the hard days I know I can come to your channel, watch one of your videos and be reminded to keep going, keep learning, be consistent and it will all work out 👍☺️👍
Thanks for all you share Tech. I would love to see you pickup ONLY $20 profit items from the Thirfts. It would be interesting to see how many stores you’d have to hit to achieve 30 item per day listing goal.
I did that model for many years around 2014- 2017 before I got my warehouse and much more aggressive listing goal. In 2027 my average sales price was $50 and I was selling 50 items a day with a buy cost of $7-$8 on average. @@ASMRKlotz
Yes! I was going to post the same thing. I have changed my business model to the buy for 7, sell for $30 but it’s tough finding a lot of those. The shirts Tech pulled are mostly in the $20~$25 range. I’d like to see how he does the 7 into 30 model like he and Chris talked about for so long
That's not my business model. It once was once upon a time, but as my listing goal became more aggressive my acceptance for items became more aggressive as well. My business at the peak of 53,000 items, was list 250 a day, sell 250 a day, 6 month sell through, average cost of goods $4, average sales price $24.77. That was my metric. The $20 profit model is an example. Because most people come on and say they want to make $100k profit. The easiest way to make $100k profit is sell 13-14 $20 profit items per day. That is the easiest, least resistance way to make $100k. I am not looking for easiest, I am not looking for least resistance way. I am not scared of listing, not scared of photos, not scared of sourcing or shipping or a large store. I am looking to sell millions of dollars per year, not do the least resistance way to $100k. So the example of 13 $20 items is just an example. It's not my business model. @@Jamesgust8305
I KNEWW that Leather Jacket was the golden ticket! I was yelling through the screen to throw it in the cart and be on your way! Glorious find! Challenge: End of Day Thrift-- Haul Half hour before store closes and pick up what other resellers have been passing all day long! I know some resellers have to opt for late thrifts if they are working other jobs and they go in with a scarcity mindset.. However, there is so much opportunity remaining inside. Awesome video! Hope you and your wife had an absolutely beautiful time! =)
I once upon a time was end of the day thrift route guy when I was working all day. There is surely stuff all day as they put out new items, but that is a good topic to record for sure, thank you!
Your videos are the only ones that I watch, not just listen to. I don't feel like I'm wasting time. The knowledge you share is mind blowing. Great work and thank you!
I've heard people in the greater Detroit area say "There are too many resellers here...". What they mean is too many that work harder than them or get up earlier than them or grind longer and harder every day than them 😅
Challenge: Spend one day thrifting, don't spend more than $1000, use profits and bargin hunting skills to buy as many Christmas dinners for folks in need or one huge food donation to a food bank.
youuuuu! so pumped you were able to find the one item to pay for your trip and id never heard of that brand either so, locking that one away in the brain. Also love that you caught it live on camera! I could watch your thrift videos all the time and learn something new each time.
Thank you very much for all the branding tips. It truly helps to see labels, research eBay, so when I am thrifting I'm not wasting time looking everything up. We only have 2 thrift shops in our area. My husband and I challenge each other to always come out with at least one $60+ profit item, besides the bread and butter clothes. Scored yesterday with a tennis racket backpack. Knew the brand when i saw it, popped it in my cart...win for the day. Thank you for all the great advice. It really helps to See The Label!!!
This videos are by far the most valuable piece of reselling content I've seen on this platform hands down! Learning so much from the goat thanks tech!! salud from Az 🍺
Go to the bins and let the resellers attack the new cart of clothing, then wait till they go to the next new cart and go through the first one. I know a lot of people want to see the home runs but personally i'd love to see you go through the bread and butter items and hear what made you pick up the item. Is it the material ? The color, size, pattern, season we are in, a possible keyword? I'd love to get inside your brain lol
1000% Correct! been doing it that way at the bins for 10 plus years! let the vulchers attack and they always always leave homeruns no matter what category from clothing to hard goods
I can't sell men's clothing! Kudos to you tech !! I have pfg , brioni , Eddie bauer n polo ...I hey zero sales on men's and my prices are low lol you go!!
I am not sure how possibly this is, but I know that sourcing at places is different around the united states. I would love to see a video series like this one, but you travel to other states and source there to pay for your trip there. Some places are way harder to source at for the inexperienced, but it would be awesome to see a master visit our states and source accordingly. Some states like Michigan only have 3 Good Will locations and not everyone can get to them, so then we get to see the strategies you develop if you were to move/source from that state.
Yes I will start branching out. I'm branching out locally in Florida for now, but eventually I will visit everywhere. In a couple of years once I get my ducks in a row.
@@technsports I'm also challenging you to Michigan! You're always saying the good stuff is out there ... come show us lol! Love this video btw. Super helpful and full of knowledge as always.

It is a challenge in Naples but yes, catch things GW doesn’t know about. Love Family Thrift. I have found things there and they are always having sales. Great video! I need to venture north again!
Family Thrift is a money maker. I bet you could make a full time living just from Family Thrift. We have a Family Thrift by my house, not sure if they are connected, but my Family Thrift always does me good
Hi Tech, originally a Floridian from Miami , my favorite is Naples. Now in Washington state, very different. Amazing how many thrift stores you went to.

I took my sister with me too the flea market this past week, she sells on Facebook marketplace. She asked me why do you move so quick. I told her it's not that I'm fast It's the fact that I've been doing this for so long and I become so efficient at identifying what I can resell and what I can't.
Love this video! I was born in Dade county, grew up as a young kid in the middle of nowhere called pioneer plantation between Clewiston & LaBelle. Then lived on both sides of Fort Myers in Lehigh Acres & Cape Coral. Spend lots of time on Pine Island & Sanibel. Now in Tennessee. Eat some seafood for us!
Cool video! Thanks for all the great information you provide! One thing I hear a lot of resellers say is “sure you can do that where you live but not where I live”. In response to those individuals I challenge you go to McDowell County West Virginia and try to find $2,000 in profit in one day. McDowell is one of the lowest average income counties in the U.S. that has a reasonable size population and some thrift stores.
You should go to all of the Red, White and Blue thrift stores in Florida and make a video series about it. I know there’s 1 reseller in Tampa who makes a living going to one of the Red White and Blue thrift stores once a week, so it would be cool to see what you can find at those.
I just love your videos. They are very fresh and exciting. I sometimes consider waiting til nightime to watch, and breaking out the popcorn:) Thank you for the knowledge and inspiration.
Been reselling for a very short time like a month. And been in the group almost 2 weeks and I have learned soooooo much! So grateful that tech is willing to share his knowledge with us.
Again, great viewing and knowledge given. Appreciate you. Hope you enjoyed your getaway. Imagine all this for free and only a dollar a day in the RGP group. Best deal in town.
Great video. My favorite part of Florida is Bonita Beach. And you know, after watching what you pick up, I feel confident in my Rolodex. I didn’t know you picked up L.L.Bean fleece and stuff like that. That’s low on my list, but it still sells. I pick up a lot of what you showed here. I feel like I’m on a decent path. My 90 day keeps rising.
My business at the peak of 53,000 items, was list 250 a day, sell 250 a day, 6 month sell through, average cost of goods $4, average sales price $24.77. That was my metric.
Love the videos! I’ve started watching from your oldest to newest so I don’t miss anything. Your brand knowledge is awe inspiring, truly impressive. I like seeing the mundane finds, the $10-$20 net winners, so I can build my brand knowledge database. I figure I’ll see those far more than the $500+ winners and I want to make sure I’m picking up all those up for sure. I’d especially like to see examples of items that others are fooled into buying but you don’t, and hear why you don’t (I’m thinking of run of the mill Polo, etc.). Thanks
I have learned so MUCH from you. I just bought a 1970’s Boy Scout jacket no patches for $17 and think I could get $225! I struggle with linens. Table clothes, napkins etc. I see them all the time and wonder where to start
Nice! For linens, same as clothing. Check the comps, study the solds on ebay. Some people in the group make a full time income selling linens. Not my forte though
I need to take the plunge and join! I enjoy the videos tremendously! We head south every winter for a while! I was at the Fort Myers Goodwill and Salvation Army 2 years ago and visited after the Hurricane last year! I found something’s there! Of course I have learned a bit more while watching you all and your picks!👍 One of my favorite places to visit for thrifting is Lake Placid, Fla! Congratulations on the tremendous subscribers 👏👏👏
We would love to have you! Tons and tons of resources in the group, especially helpful info for how to find profitable inventory in your area. And if you can't make a profit on the group you can have a refund
I got a challenge for you, go to a plant nursery buy a plant and resell it and show the results with shipping, COG and Ebay fees. 😎😎 loving you channel.
You know I have a landscape company & tree service right? I've been flipping and reselling plants for ten years. I sold over 100 clusia job this afternoon. I love selling plants lol
Awesome! Every video I learn something new!! Love these videos! I watch all of them many times! Thinking 🤔 about a challenge, but I’m enjoying the bread and butter please keep teaching us!
Oh man tech thrifting. This is exactly what I been waiting for from the man himself. This video will be on reply while I’m sourcing out there. Thanks brother 🙏🏽
Another awesome video Tech 👏🏼 👏🏼 🔥. Thank you for all you do for this community. Oh yeah I 🙋🏻♂️don’t mind you sharing the Bread 🍞 and butter 🧈 items you find. Feel free to share them please .
Wow this is so funny, we just moved out of Florida in the Naples area! Those stores are familiar. Thanks for taking the time and showing your methods, I appreciate it so much!! If you ever make it up to NJ let me know.
Always learning when watching your vids. This week I found three high dollar Polo brand men's shirts I would have passed on if not for you. Thanks for your time!
Great video again Tech absolutely loved it…..Maybe a big challenge this but what about coming over to the UK and see if you can do this in the UK charity shops 🙂 See if you can pay for your flights and expenses 👍
This by far was my favorite video you made so far. The others where over my head to look at a something and come up with brands like you did in them. Of course I enjoyed them as well just couldn't keep up. Thank for teaching it more simple for us simple folks...lol
Nice tech. Theres your hitter! I swear brand is everything I've found really cool vintage jackets in nice styles and materials excellent condition that just aren't worth much. Ill be joining up with your new group soon. I was paying the $99 for the other group and wasn't even participating the last 6 months. Just cancelled it. I came for your style coaching.
Hello from Manchester UK Techn, Theme Challenge: Pick a specific theme (like '90s fashion, formal wear, cosplay-inspired) and hunt for items that fit that theme but do so with two other thrifters and we as your subs will vote for the best.
I'm new but the craziest thing I've found was an online auction. Used justin boots.. model 2222.........I didn't know it but came back as "Rick grimes boots" $575 sold on ebay within 10 min
My business at the peak of 53,000 items, was list 250 a day, sell 250 a day, 6 month sell through, average cost of goods $4, average sales price $24.77. That was my metric.
Since it's not the $20 profit a item that we speak of.., am guessing the sell thru rates are thru the roof? How long will the majority of that days pick up take to sell?
The $20 profit is the example of the least resistance model to $100,000 profit. 13-14 items a day sold x $20 profit will give you $100k. I am not looking for the least resistance model. I am not afraid of listing, not afraid of sourcing, not afraid of photos, not afraid of storing or shipping. My business at the peak of 53,000 items, was list 250 a day, sell 250 a day, 6 month sell through, average cost of goods $4, average sales price $24.77. That was my metric.
Love these videos! What kind of key word(s) would you use for the Fanatics Florida Polo? When I looked it up in the eBay machine I saw over 100 listed with none sold
For the Gators, the Fanatics is not the brand, it's Florida Gators. Lightweight, Athletic, Football or the sport they associated with, etc. I do very well with Gators, Hurricanes Seminoles sports polos
That's been pretty much my experience at my local thrift stores as well. I can go through the whole men's section and not see a soul and those are the brands that I typically pick up as well. Thanks for the video!
Check out the listing video in my section of the doc I show how I list items in 30 seconds and you can copy that way. If you don't know how to find that video post in the group I'll show you
Fort Myers is my favorite spot too. I know I can't challenge you with this, but I would like to see someone do that with jewelry! Lol!!! Its always fun to see you crush it.
Have you seen any of my BOLO videos? lol. Almost 1,000 casual BOLOs already dropped. I can certainly work that in. Good suggestion and idea, thank you!
@@technsports Haha, I'm sure you could do it, it's just one I'd like to watch! I see what you're saying though...not challenging enough....alright then, every item has to be space-themed! 🚀🤣

You know all the spots! My next video shows more of the Fort Myers area and it's beauty, thank you for checking out the video!
More thrifts in that block than within 200 miles of me. Dont be disrespecting them Spartans.
I picked up the spartan hoodie for $1! Lol
Thank you
And thank you! Hope you enjoyed this one.
I wrote down that name. I'll be there!
Hi Tech, this lady has so much to learn. Will keep watching. Thank you.
We all have so much to learn so you aren't alone. One day at a time
I was the first one in my Monday morning GW today!! Good stuff as always Tech!!
1st!! Hope you had luck
You should go to all of the Red, White and Blue thrift stores in Florida and make a video series about it. I know there’s 1 reseller in Tampa who makes a living going to one of the Red White and Blue thrift stores once a week, so it would be cool to see what you can find at those.
You can definitely make a living just going to rwb. There are a good amount of them here
Thank you for another amazing video! You still have the absolute best videos to learn from on you tube!!
I appreciate that Kim, trying my best. Hopefully they can continue to improve. Thank you for tuning in this week.
I just love your videos. They are very fresh and exciting. I sometimes consider waiting til nightime to watch, and breaking out the popcorn:) Thank you for the knowledge and inspiration.
Appreciate you checking them out! With popcorn even better!
Loved the sunset sequence. Just beautiful
Appreciate that! Thank you! Was a lot of work for 5 seconds of video lol
@@technsports - worth it
@@michellethroneburg2120 I agree
Been reselling for a very short time like a month. And been in the group almost 2 weeks and I have learned soooooo much! So grateful that tech is willing to share his knowledge with us.
Let's gooooo!!!!!!
Congratulations on channel success 🎉
And Thank you so much!!!
Love the “DREAMS DON’T WORK UNLESS YOU DO!”
It was a sign from the thrift gods
Tech feasting while everyone's sleeping! LOVE TO SEE IT!
Pow
Vanson damn thats an amazing find! Once I saw it I knew "this is the item!" Amazing as always
Huge money every time!
I would really love to see a sourcing video at the bins.
I've done the bins before. I can surely do that video
Again, great viewing and knowledge given. Appreciate you. Hope you enjoyed your getaway. Imagine all this for free and only a dollar a day in the RGP group. Best deal in town.
And full refund if you can't make a profit on the $1 lol
@@technsports No Refund requested from me (LOL, NO WAY); 3 weeks in an already paid for first quarter of 2024 RGP!!
@@dahliawillow23 congratulations!
Another Banger! Tons of great info and inspiration!
Appreciate you checking it out, thank you!
Thanks
Great video idea! Thank you for checking out the previous videos too! Tons of info on all of them
I have learned so MUCH from you.
Of course I have learned a bit more while watching you all and your picks!👍
One of my favorite places to visit for thrifting is Lake Placid, Fla!
That is way too cool I did not know your landscape background, so the challenge is no challenge at all. Love what I am learning from your channel.
Thanks Tech for mentioning a Consignment store, I had the same feeling but I think I see an opportunity there now.
I usually don't even give them a chance. Maybe I will pop in some others now
Wow....What I would do to thrift with you for 15 minutes. Thank You Tech for, yet another FANTASTIC video. Never gets old!!!
Let's do it!!!
Let's go Tech! Going to try and replicate this to my trip at the end of the year!
You can do it too!
love seeing these, cant be afraid of paying up!
Takes money to make money
Taking my break watching and not surprised you killed it. I did enjoy.
Appreciate that Christine! Thank you for spending your break with me

Oh man tech thrifting. This is exactly what I been waiting for from the man himself. This video will be on reply while I’m sourcing out there. Thanks brother 🙏🏽
I have a few more thrifting videos on the channel. Check them out!

Appreciate that! I will continue on!
Amazing videos you are amazing with that knowledge love your videos keep on bringing them
Appreciate you checking out the video Steve, thank you!
Great video. Loved your finds. You will have to come to Denver in the dead of winter and thrift at the outdoor flea market.
I'm interested in trying. I've never seen snow before, so the snow might be a challenge for me. Finding items I can do lol
Only the great know the title was changed 🔥
Experimenting with the TH-cam machine
Wow this is so funny, we just moved out of Florida in the Naples area! Those stores are familiar. Thanks for taking the time and showing your methods, I appreciate it so much!! If you ever make it up to NJ let me know.
I'll definitely make it & hope to meet up!

Always learning when watching your vids. This week I found three high dollar Polo brand men's shirts I would have passed on if not for you. Thanks for your time!

Another great video! Thank you again for sharing!!!
Appreciate you checking it out Beth. I hope you enjoyed the video!
Great video again Tech absolutely loved it…..Maybe a big challenge this but what about coming over to the UK and see if you can do this in the UK charity shops 🙂 See if you can pay for your flights and expenses 👍
I will surely make that video in a couple of years!
Can you do goodwill bins please... Would be good to get your expert point of view on bins!
The bins are fun, I can surely do that one. The majority of my stock comes from the bins
This by far was my favorite video you made so far. The others where over my head to look at a something and come up with brands like you did in them. Of course I enjoyed them as well just couldn't keep up. Thank for teaching it more simple for us simple folks...lol
Thank you for checking out the video! I'm happy you enjoyed it. I hope it's helpful!
I won't let you down, but please participate so you can get your moneys worth!
This is my favorite video this week!!!! You make me wanna sell clothes again!! Well, not really... 😂😂😂
Thanks Desiree! I appreciate that! Major win for me! Leave the clothes for me please lol
I don't think thereany challenge that you can't meet. You are amazing
Appreciate you checking out the video Linda!
Hello from Manchester UK Techn, Theme Challenge: Pick a specific theme (like '90s fashion, formal wear, cosplay-inspired) and hunt for items that fit that theme but do so with two other thrifters and we as your subs will vote for the best.
Cool one can do! Good idea!
I'm new but the craziest thing I've found was an online auction. Used justin boots.. model 2222.........I didn't know it but came back as "Rick grimes boots" $575 sold on ebay within 10 min
Nice one!
Hi Tech, Thanks for the great video. Love watching you shop and score! Unbelievable!
Appreciate that Julieann! Thank you for checking out the video
my weekly motivation
Day late dawg smh! lol
Hey Tech! I would love to hear explanations on some of the bread ‘n butter clothing items. Thank you for all you do!
Wow, thanks please keep it coming!
Thank you!! Appreciate you checking out the video!
It's okay they can leave them for us!
QUESTION. New to your group, HOW do you list all these items? Templates for each label type? 3rd party service?
Check out the listing video in my section of the doc I show how I list items in 30 seconds and you can copy that way. If you don't know how to find that video post in the group I'll show you
Hi I enjoy all your videos
Thank you Sarah! I enjoy making them. Thank you for checking out the video I really appreciate it
Fort Myers is my favorite spot too. I know I can't challenge you with this, but I would like to see someone do that with jewelry! Lol!!! Its always fun to see you crush it.
There was a lot of jewelry at the fort myers flea market. Like a lot a lot
@technsports Great! Good reason to make a road trip down there!
Btw love your vids

Wahoo! Appreciate that!
Another awesome vid, Tech.
New challenge...pay for your next trip in the area by thrifting profits but with one rule: NO CLOTHES! 😱
