My girl... stopping sugar, reducing carbs is one thing that Iam struggling with. We will do this together my girl. I have also learnt to do some smoothies. 1. ginger, pineapple, cucumber, lemon 170ml water. Blend together and drink first thing in the morning. 2. Carrots, Apple, orange, ginger 170ml water. blend and drink in the morning. 3. ginger, lemon, honey, cinnamon boil them and drink the mixture after dinner. This is what Iam doing since last week

I found a video about putting orange / lemon peels and some salt in hot boiled water and steaming your face over it. It worked wonders for me to clear my nose. That and drinking hot water with honey and gargling warm salt water for my throat.
Mimi i had to get some medical attention. And what's with the homa going round like for real. This one is deadly. Thank you for the tip on lemon peels. I'll try that some time soon.

Get a skip rope...works best for beginners trying to build consistency in losing weight. Its fun especially with background music and you burn way more calories
