The funny thing is if you tone some of the more comically op elements, the basic ideas behind the abilities are actually really cool and interesting. In particular, freezing terrain and having enemies slide on it.
Honestly I'd love to see Riot introduce such an ability

i actually really like this idea, a champion that can empower, or manipulate minion waves is cool, they would probably have to be a top laner, since having a mid laner with constant prio would be nuts

It would be pretty nutty in top lane too honestly. Still, it would be interesting though, gotta say it would be a bit OP early, but if he just adds minions, well that is going to go south pretty fast if they can wave clear easily as you are giving them free gold. If the skills are relegated to only buffing what minions you have however, and the champ itself is not crazy OP, then it could work. Think like a general type of character who leads his minion army, sort of like Heimer his skills could direct nearby minions to attack that target, his passive could just be an aura that levels up as he gains levels so it could be scaled for early game to not be terrible perhaps, other than that honestly some good CC or two would be great, maybe an armor shred skill shot like similar to kayle's debuff, don't give him too much damage so he pretty much has to rely on minions early game, maybe one good poke or an aoe that does little damage but extra to minions so he could clear waves fast, then late game can be more of an on hit bruiser style. Ult could either be similar to old Taric's ult but for him and minions instead of champs where it gives them a big spike in damage and regens HP quickly, maybe spawn 1-3 extra minions (maybe 1 melee & 2 ranged or something) so you wont have to be near a wave to make it useful, but it would be better of course to be close.
Sounds interesting, but quite impossible. If skills of a champion work around minions, they're useless without them, or it will be bad balanced. Considering that most important fights are usually happening on baron/dragon, it always will be 4x5. If all abilities can somehow be modified for situations when character is out of line, his kit will be too big. So i would stay with hullbreaker instead, it was a neat solution for minion usage which doesn't affect champion itself
@@Darrrknessss I could still see it work, it would be heavily top lane focused though, as they spend most of their time alone, with minions, pushing. In team fights you still have CC and maybe armor reduction, but for the most part you would be building like a bruiser who focuses on on hits, almost a melee ADC honestly. Virtually useless in any lane but top though I would imagine, though maybe support could work too and that could be an issue. I guess you could make his aura like passive work on minions like the items that only work when no allies are around, otherwise it is a lesser version for allies only, that might work to give him a boost in teamfights while still making him a "minion general" type of champ
Fun fact: This champion also appeared on the Pool Party skin event. Idk why his skin didnt showed up here tho

Passive: Minions (Two Components)
All allied minions are inspired by Max whenever he casts a spell or attacks the same unit they are attacking, gaining bonus speed for 10 seconds. The duration refreshes after every attack and stacks up to 5 times for hitting the same target. Max also gains this bonus for himself.
Max can mimic as part of an enemy minion by right-clicking a minion, killing it instantly and blinking to its last location, immediately behaving as a minion (unable to move freely) while lasting indefinitely and cannot be attacked by any enemy units until Max walks into an enemy turret or attacks an enemy unit. If Max attacks before his disguise ends, Max launches an elemental attack, dealing bonus True damage over time based on the last spell he casted before Mimicry for 5 seconds. Attacking after Pyromania causes the enemy to be on fire, dealing major damage and a minor slow, while attacking after Ice Chamber causes the enemy to be frostbitten, dealing minor damage and a major slow. This effect refreshes every 90 seconds.
Bonus Movement Speed per Stack: 2% - 5.5%
Bonus Attack Speed per Stack: 4% - 9%
Stack Duration: 10
Fire Total Damage: 80 - 350 (+ 20% Total AD) (+ 50% AP) Magic Damage
Ice Total Damage: 32 - 140 (+ 8% Total AD) (+ 20% AP) Magic Damage
Fire Slow: 10% - 25% (+ 4% AP)
Ice Slow: 40% - 55% (+ 10% AP)
*Note: Changed the passive's name to Minions. Removed the every third auto attack component to causing an elemental attack after Mimicry to reduce Max's right click damage and make him more of a caster.*
1st Ability: Pyromania
Active: Max channels up to 5 seconds in a 3000 radius, launching fireballs every 0.5 seconds that burns the target upon contact and linger for 7 seconds, dealing damage every 0.5 seconds.
If Pyromania is casted after Ice Chamber and meet upon contact, a steam at the occurring area will be released, dealing greater damage over time and refreshing the area. The steam will also cause healing and regen reduction by 40% in the area that lasts for 4 seconds (Refreshes for every tick taken by enemy). Pyromania must be casted at a minimum distance of 450 units away from Max.
Active:
Range: 3000
Contact Damage: 50/85/120/155/190 (+ 55% AP)
Burn Damage per TIck: 10/20/30/40/50 (+ 10% AP)
Steam Damage per Tick: 15/30/45/60/75 (+ 15% AP)
Fireball Burn Duration: 7
Cooldown: 25 Mana: 70/85/100/115/130
*Note: Allows Max's users to use combos between Pyromania and Ice Chamber to deal excruciating damage. Similar to Xerath's ultimate damage, with lesser contact damage and focusing on more damage over time to make up for it, allowing Max to be dangerous to face against.*
2nd Ability: Nothing Personal (Two Components)
Passive: Max retroactively and passively gains Revenge stacks for every allied minion slain by an enemy champion in a 2000 radius. Any enemies who die in Max's range will grant temporary bonus damage to Max, heavily increased if the enemy is a champion and increased by 100% if the enemy is a creep.
Active: Max blinks behind an enemy champion with the wind, dealing base magic damage plus bonus damage per CS garnered by the enemy target to foes in the way and in a 325 radius. After that, enemies are slowed on impact for 3 seconds and have their magic resistance reduced by a certain percentage plus bonus damage from Revenge stacks. If the enemy champion has recently killed a ranged minion within 1500 range, Nothing Personal will be dealt 50% bonus damage and apply 50% greater effect while its range of cast is increased by 50% if the spell is casted within 8 seconds.
Passive:
Bonus Attack Damage per Champion: 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 10% Extra AD)
Bonus Attack Damage per Minions: 2/3/4/5/6 (+ 1% Extra AD)
Bonus Attack Damage per Creeps: 4/6/8/10/12 (+ 2% Extra AD)
Buff Duration: 30
Active:
Blink Range: 800/1200
Base Damage: 40/60/80/120/150 (+ 45% AP)
Bonus Damage: 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% of Revenge stacks (+ 15% Total AP)
Magic Resistance Reduction: 10%/14%/18%/22%/26% (+ 1.5% Total AP)
Movement Slow: 14%/20%/26%/32%/38%
Cooldown: 18/15.5/13/10.5/8 Mana: 75
*Note: Instead of making it a global cast mobility spell, we have noticed that there's an armor break shown however wasn't actually implied that it does anything. So we decided to make enemies have their magic resist reduced by impact and take bonus damage whenever an enemy champion have the balls to destroy Max's brethren, instead we also grant Max temporary bonus attack damage, easing Max's laning phase during CSing. Revenge stacks is reliant on how well Max can do in lane.*
3rd Ability: Ice Chamber
Active: Max unleashes a fan of ice shards in a cone, dealing magic damage to enemies in the way while to those at the center of the blast take 25% bonus magic damage and frozen for 1.25 seconds. After that, enemies will be pushed away from the ice blast for 2 seconds then transforms the following area into a trail of ice for 10 seconds, slowing enemies inside the area and reducing enemies' turn rate while continuously sliding inside the area to the direction they were initially facing until they successfully turned 90 degrees to come to a complete halt. If enemies come into contact with walls or any obstacles before they stopped, they take magic damage while stunning itself and other enemies in a 275 radius for 0.5 seconds. If Ice Chamber is casted at the river, the sliding effect is increased by 50% and the stun duration is increased to 1 second.
If Ice Chamber is casted after Pyromania and meet upon contact, it will summon a large wave instead of a trail of ice, dealing massive damage to enemies in the way while knocking back enemies during its travel. If enemies come into contact with walls or any obstacles, they take bonus magic damage and become stunned for 1.25 seconds.
Active:
Target Radius: 725/1600
Magic Damage: 60/95/130/165/200 (+ 65% AP)
Knockback Unit: 600/900
Slide Speed: 70%/80%/90%/100%/110% of enemies' current speed.
Movement Slow: 25%/30%/35%/40%/45%
Turn Rate Reduction: 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% (+ 5% AP)
Contact Damage: 70/115/160/205/250 (+ 70% AP)
Wave Damage: 100/150/200/250/300 (+ 90% AP)
Cooldown: 30 Mana: 90
*Note: I know, it's fun to make people slide, but Max doesn't have much for his survivability other than a simple knockback effect and sliding people till they die, so we decided to make a combo effect with Pyromania and Ice Chamber again, this time a tidal wave, pushing enemies greater than before. We also make enemies take damage from crashing into walls (Not with other champions! That would be too broken.). With that so, Max is both an artillery and hitman champion, laying waste to enemies with a sudden elemental attack.*
Ultimate Ability: Dominion
Active: Max channels the power of darkness for 2.5 seconds, increasing his size, becoming ghosted and grants bonus health to Max alongside his allies for 15 seconds.
While Dominion is active, all allies gain 50% bonus effect from Minions and gain 50% of Nothing Personal's Revenge stacks as bonus attack damage, while Max gains double the buff. All enemies within 625 radius of Max take magic damage every second, slowing enemies inside and fears them for 2 seconds if they stay inside the area for 3 seconds or longer. During the fear, they are slowed and all allied minions are inclined to attack the feared target, dealing extra physical damage.
Active:
Magic Damage per Second: 40/60/80 (+ 15% AP)
Bonus Health: 150/200/250
Movement Slow: 15%/25%/35%
Bonus Physical Damage: 30%/40%/50%
Duration: 15
Cooldown: 120 (Starts after Dominion ends) Mana: 125
*Note: Look, we need to make Dominion somehow does something different than Swain's ultimate, so we make sure all allies are inspired by Max during Dominion, making allies powerful in the process, deals magic damage to those inside his area of doom, fearing them instead of suppressing them after explosion. To make up for the suppression effect, we made that all allied minions will chase down the target and deal more physical damage in the process.*
I might've ended up making Max more broken, but not the matter. I have done my job.

The sliding mechanic is the funniest concept I've seen 🤣 I would love and hate to see it implemented.

imagine the enemy team coming to steal drag, you cast that and they just end up sliding somewhere else

OK, here me out! The first 2 parts of his passive, and the massive minion wave in the ultimate could actually be quite balanced abilities, if they put only one competent guy to it (unlike they did with Akshan, where they put 3+ below competent ones, who all added their own ideas, and released a champion in the phase of "let's brainstorm a new character!")

All balance issues aside, I would love to see a champion that utilises Max's freezing ability seems like a super fun mechanic!
The ice ability does look pretty cool. Imagine if it would also provide a buff to your team like having the increased movement speed but you keep control like if you're ice skating. You could move your team around pretty fast.

@@Layvee I tried to mention everything i saw which was already ingame. My favorite part tho was that you used skins to make it look legit, scorched earth xerath for q, hextech swain for the ult. i would have fixed one thing tho, for the W caitlyn kill part, it showed the hextech swain soul being taken and for the E it showed enemies having the hextech swain passive indicator. Maybe play that in or just switch to someone with no animation like that
@@Willdroyd Spot on about the skins as well, with previous spotlights I hadn't really taken into account that I could utilize skins to differentiate it even further. Definitely something I will consider more! Yeah there are some flaws here and there, swain's crows being difficult to avoid as well (had to mask a good amount out), at 5:16 you can spot one in the bottom left corner which I simply didn't want to redo again when I finally noticed lmao.
As long as they aren't very apparent I think it is alright, I am already quite perfectionistic with details so I'm trying to tone it down, that way I can produce them at a more consistent pace haha.

The Alistar clip right before the ad lined up so perfectly with the ad I got. First Alistar moos then the exact same moo sound plays in the german "müller milch" ad after that (Müller milch is like a milk drink and they advertise their bottles to have a chance to "moo" when opened resulting in a prize)

I mean....most of it is quite accurate considering that rito made a champion that deals bonus damage on auto attacks (including the auto attacks of allies), root, reveal, knock, stun, bonus attack speed and movement speed on allies+revive, shield, slow oh and it also makes enemies attack each other........yeah it's about Renata
