Nice video although 5k for a nearly 20 year old base model civic with miles to match is… something. I guess the dealer has to make 1-2k on every car so on cheaper cars it’s just not worth it
i think it's worth that price, though being that there's a stain in the backseat, if you're good at negotiating, you could get him to lower the price down to $4500. but if you can't afford $4500, you should drive at all. no car should be as cheap as $2000, why because it's junk straight up. it's not about the dealer trying to make a little, but just because a car is old doesn't mean it's only worth a few hundred dollars. there's also the smart buy sense, if i see a 2007 Honda Civic for $4900, and another one same year for $2500, I'll buy the $4900 one. why because I'll know that cheaper one will have more problems than i wanna deal with, now I'll still check the out and over, but the one that's for $4999 will have less problems. people fall for cheap prices too much, and that's how people get scammed, but $4990 is not expensive. i could buy that working at McDonald's or Walmart.
@@Jeymez plus 4,900 let say this covic life is 10 yrs if you change the timing belt, coolant every 2 years, change water pump.batery If it make 10 years i think your good
