that play where mcelroy side steps to the first down to keep from going out of bounds was my favorite part of the video. it showed how much drive he had to win that day. there was no way bama was losing that game. rolltideroll!!
I don't care what people say about Alabama quarterbacks. We may not have had some of those QBs big numbers. But we have always had quarterbacks who played with heart and determination and have come up with big plays in clutch moments to help us get the championships and success we've had. There were all winners and leaders and I'm proud of everyone of them.
McCarron led the Crimson Tide to the 2011 and 2012 national championships and graduated as Alabama's career leader in passing yardage (9,019), completions (686) and touchdowns (77). He also holds the record for passing touchdowns (30) in a single season. He finished runner-up for the Heisman Trophy in the 2013 season.
a lot of these plays weren't about how good the QB was, but more on the ability of the one catching the ball. yes it took skill to place the ball, but the "receiver" in the plays made these guys look better. This is coming from an Alabama fan. With that said, these are still some of the best QBs Alabama has had in the modern erra. ROLL TIDE
Eh, I think AJ to Cooper v Georgia overshadowed a much clutcher play right before it. 3rd and 7 desperately needing to play catchup, and they hand it to Yeldon. Yeldon muscles past two different gang tackles to get the 1st down. That kind of "You can't stop this" run game is what made the play action on the next play work so well.
Nothingbutregret it was clutch bc that was John Parker Wilson's sr year. We had lost 6 in a row to the barn. Up 29-0, saban puts in a backup that nobody had heard of and the backup throws a ball so perfect.....almost as perfect as winning 36-0. Nothing could go wrong that day. Irow Bowl 2008.
Not that anyone asked me, my opinion, but... I'm going to give it anyway! It would be VERY DIFFICULT (during Saban's tenure, only) for me, to choose a"Best QB" or "The Greatest QB", etc. Each of them has/had their own unique methods and talents... which, I would think, is a must to play for Saban! So, you all are the "Best & Greatest QB's" ever!
Also McCarron to Jalston Fowler vs A&M 2013, also there should be more than just 1 highlight of Coker vs Clemson.. and I'm sure there's a lot more I'm forgetting lol
@Mitchell Mortenson - we need some Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer highlights. Those are the ones where they lose institutional control of a program and get sent their walking papers. Riveting stuff.

Found out later that he played in that game with broke ribs.

So many great moments to choose from..... RTR. The incredible emotion of AJ's drive against LSU.
So many great Alabama football moments in one video! Awesome job.
I think that one of the greatest even though we lost in the end was aj's throw to amari in the auburn game. It was beautiful...
As usual Iz, great job! Thanks for the vid.
Roll Freaking Tide baby. Great memories!
Got to add TUA to it now
izallgood37 _ sick you're vids are my absolute favorite now and i just found you're channel after the title game
Jalen and Tua... RTR!
I'mCraig Tua had to be the number one all time clutch alabama moment you can't beat that walk off TD in the national championship game in OT
And Jalen
I remember every single one.
Idc what anyone has to say. AJ McCarron is the greatest QB in Bama history
Chandler Hawkins Joe Nammath Kenny Stabbler Jay Barker McCarron was absolutely just an average QB compared to them
1 year later...Hawaiian punch boys
mr tua would like to have a word with you
Tua and potentially Taulia Tagovailoa claim that now.

I love the way you play you amazed me everytime i watch you and you throw the ball so far i screamed so strong😍😍💋💋💋💋
That run by Coker in the Clemson game was probably one of the most important runs they get unnoticed it was very important run in that drive
Great video! Roll Tide!
My vote goes to Jacob Coker. AJ was more talented, but Jacob was all heart and determination.
Clutch: Greg McElroy hopping down the sideline to stay in bounds and get the first down in the 2009 SEC championship.
Haha, 2nd clip we were up on the barn 29-0 and still throwing the ball, that was great.
You the man it's all good
Great video kind of thought McElroy to upchurch would be last play. I still get nervous from that

What about Blake Sims vs auburn 2014?
Im telling you, people forget that Blake Sims was a running back.
Roll Tide all the way!
So glad you are a Bama fan izallgood37. Coming this fall...Jalen Hurts(i think)
Vice Man vs. Miss St. absolutely
Where was that AJ pass in the SEC champ game against Georgia in 2012??
That arm at 4:11 good Lord
Jake Coker was lowkey super clutch
AJ is the greatest Qb to ever wear a Crimson and White Jersey. Better than Ken Stabler, Joe Namath, Bart Star or anybody else you wanna name
Aj is the best, but GMac is my favorite. Loved the way he played and carried himself.
AJ was beast
might not have been the most athletic but the greatest leader. He knew his offense so well and how to work it to its best in each situation
crimsontide_15 Dont forget CLUTCH
Kevin Goatrant for MVP #ItsStillFuckStephCurry Durant a. Snake
Die hard bama fan right here i live right beside Auburn i see ass eagles everywhere
Notification squad. RTR
***** Yet another great edit! Keep it up bro
the first two "clutch" moments were in blowouts but i liked the vid roll tide
i think he was just showing who the QB's were at the time
Hoooohhhh!!!!

I can tell you, you look different to others you look something special💋💋❤💚
Sally Adlawan I LOVE YOU TOO none of these beat Tua walk off TD in OT for National championship winner
how was the greg one clutch we were winning by 29-0

@@jarretttidwell8047 that's not even close to what clutch means.
AJ to Cooper in SEC Championship game against Georgia
They usually call them all game managers. I think of them as game winners.

My love bbyco his too much handsome💋💋💋💋❤💚
Sally Adlawan I LOVE YOU TOO you ok?
On the screen pass to Yeldon with McCarron why did you cut out the "make a man miss".
roll tide
Bro do a part 2 now
Only Verne would make a Borischnekov (sic) reference.
Stewart Mitchell well it's totally appropriate to an educated person. SMFH
BamaFan1962 nod to Verne
You should update this video with Blake Simms, Coker, Jalen, and Tua! Hope all is well man!
You should remake this video but with Coker vs Tennessee 2015, McCarron vs Georgia 2012, Sims vs Auburn 2014
Also McCarron to Jalston Fowler vs A&M 2013, also there should be more than just 1 highlight of Coker vs Clemson.. and I'm sure there's a lot more I'm forgetting lol
Out of all the big late throws mccaron made you chose a td pass against Notre dame when they were leading 28-0
You will not see Choklahoma in any kind of glory like Alabama.
Well gotta update this with Jalen Hurts now
You could add a new one to this list
RDT son!
...Also, make room for Tua. ;-D
needs 2015 Coker vs Tennessee
Ikr
video is still awesome tho
What’s wild is this doesn’t even have Tua and 2nd and 26.
Lol I made this video before that happened bro
@@izallgood37 I know. I saw the date. Just saying it’s incredible the great plays even WITHOUT 2nd and 26. Roll Tide.
you forgot to add the cardale jones highlights
Reading must be hard for you. The title says ALABAMA QUARTERBACK'S CLUTCH MOMENTS. Read it really slow, that will probably help you...
@Mitchell Mortenson - we need some Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer highlights. Those are the ones where they lose institutional control of a program and get sent their walking papers. Riveting stuff.
I'd take Coker any time.
These are not clutch moments
Not clutch when you're up 29-0
Why the stupid music.
