The Robotix qualified as a Quarter-Finalist on Season 8 of America's Got Talent and performed live at a sold-out Radio City Music Hall in front of 12+ million t.v. viewers.
The Robotix lineup included 9-year-old drummer Logan "Robot" Gladden, who was described by Howard Stern as "pounding the drums like John Bonham himself"; 12-year-old singer Angelina Baez from Los Angeles, CA; 13-year-old guitarist Alex Shaw from South Florida; and 13-year-old guitarist Brendan James, 15-year-old lefty bassist Jared Devino, and 16-year-old guitarist Jon Casel from Dallas, Texas. Fourteen-year-old Japanese guitar prodigy Yuto Miyazawa, who toured with Ozzy Osbourne and is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the Youngest Professional Guitar Player in the World, recorded and performed with the band when scheduling allowed.
The Robotix released a 5-song EP entitled "rock 'n roll" on December 4, 2012. The EP is available on iTunes and all streaming platforms.
