- In this video, I show you how you can create workplaces using Virtual Monitors and ASTER. You can create up to 5 virtual monitors using this method and you can remote into the workplaces using AnyDesk and use them as Remote Workplaces.

You can create workplaces using virtual monitors, which you can remote in to it and play games or run apps
without needing a physical monitor
can i used split screen? I only have 1screen.
Unless your monitor support picture by picture mode which can split the monitors to 2 monitors effectively there is no way to do it through software (ASTER cannot do split screen to create 2 workplaces on same monitor)

You have to put anydesk.exe in startup for each workplace shell:startup folder.
And you shouldnot install Anydesk in any case.

Yes if you only run the Anydesk program from startup and not install it,each workplace will get its on Anydesk ID
Great video, thank you! But i still have an issue. After install it have many statters, which pretty annoying. But when i turn OFF 4 from 5 Displayes its ok. Videocard 4090, amd b550 7900x, 32gb ram. Can you help me please with this problem? 🙏 Windows 10. Monitor shows universal pnp. But aster see them. I will try on w11 also

how to add virtual mouse and keyboard too?
Is it necessary for virtual keyboard and mouse, as you will be using remote app to connect to the workplaces from which you can control the workplace.
does not seem work with the current aster version... im getting error if i try the virtual display.. aster is detecting it fine, but it says "not supported"...
looks like we have to wait for new version to be release (the new GUI from your video)... can i ask when will they release it
Can you post the not supported error screenshot.
AS i have tried virtual monitor in latest version and works fine.
Additionally the new verison 2.50 with new GUI is set to release in June

No, if you are using virtual monitors. then there is no need for dummy adapters.

5 virtual screens are very slow and I want to create 1 or 2 more virtual screens, what should I do?
Edit the option file and change 5 to 2 and then disable enable the driver from device manager once.
I'm not sure, but it doesn't work. Got error code 31
If you are getting erro code 31 then it means either you didnot add the certificate properly or the driver didnot install properly
even windows animations are not working after this driver install... dont know
If you are using Nvidia graphics card then try another driver from the link below

It says client offline in anydesk
If it show client offline then its either there is no internet or some issue with connecting to anydesk server
