So I have this pattern and it actually calls for 6 3/4 inch white squares but I found that 6 inch squares work better. I take the square and I fold it in fourths and crease it and then I line up at the tip of the triangle to the center of the crease. I don’t bother trying to cut off the edges This way is faster, more accurate and it joins together better for a prettier pattern. Happy quilting 🥰
+Boyd Wheeler 1930's reproduction prints can be purchased in most quilt shops or at Keepsake Quilting www.keepsakequilting.com/10-squares-1930-s-prints-collection-bundle?source=igodigital They have 10 pre-cut squares, that you can make into 5" squares - you would get a great variety purchasing this way:)

How big are the white squares and did you buy them already cut?
The white squares are 6 1/2".
The white squares are cut from yardage as 6-1/2" are not available as pre-cuts
Thanks
6 3/8 square
Great for the novice quilter like me.

Thanks Andie

You folks seem a bit over protective with the glove. I find it ridiculous.
