Take pan than deep fry chicken in oil In same pan Add chopped 4 tbsp ginger garlic chilli fry for 2 to 3 min than add chopped 1 big onion till soft then add 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli pd, 1/2 tsp white pepper pd, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, add salt as required, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, after that add 1 1/2 tbsp honey, then add fist of spring onion then add fried chicken and mix it then sprinkle coriender on it. On other side heat the sizzler plate n other side heat coal and place the cabbage leaves on sizzler plate then chicken on it and give charcoal smoke
