Taking LSD can be a very positive experience, but it strips you bare emotionally. You feel incredibly vulnerable and confused on it, like a young child or an impressionable preteen. It's very hit or miss. I thought that I was bettering myself while taking it for a while, but in hindsight it was pretty damaging to my psyche and I wish I hadn't consumed it with so much frequency. If I could change anything, I would only have taken it the first time, and then never again. Great experience, very capable of mental/emotional harm.

My sister uses shrooms and LSD for what she says is her mental health. She says it did help her deal with a lot of pent up shit from her past. She really wants me to do it too, but I haven't bought into the whole idea that psychedelics are medicine. They can be dangerous and cause mental breaks
I have not done LSD, but I've done magic mushrooms and it was one of the most eye opening experiences of my entire life. I was a new person the next day. You really do see, hear, and feel things you NEVER EVER thought you could. Its honestly like traveling to a different dimension. I recommend it if you are adventurous and would love a very insane and different experience like no other!

My one advice is not to be with strangers or in a uncomfortable place because of bad trips but other than that go for it. You'll get so much insight about yourself
