People should bring their dogs to the vet every once in awhile when there isn't problems. Let them get used to the smells and the building without being associated with anything negative. Call ahead to make sure it's okay (it should be fine) and what the protocols are. If they let you, bring treats and have them give the treats to them. Probably even more important when you have huge dogs like some in this video. Would make both your life and the vets life easier. Not to mention not stress your dog out so much.
we did that - I doesn't work. Now don't get me wrong it surely works for some dogs but mine knew exactly when we were there for treats and pets and when for check ups. likely because my body language gave it away. I have no idea but she knew. Maybe she also knew if she wasn't feeling well we would go there - i have no idea.
My last cat loved going to the vet. He would attack anyone who tried to handle him except for the vet and would purr the whole time while being examined. He died over 10 years ago and I miss him every time I look at the scars on my arms.
thank you for all the pet owners who get their pets fixed. love love them. all my pets are fixed rabbits cats and my dogs. I never ever want to see pets delivering unwanted pet in the pound \
Oh, baby, I know how they feel at the 2:59 mark! I have a 160 pd dog, and if he doesn't want to move, HE WON'T!!! We can't pick him because he plays dead. That's dead weight!!!
I like those golden retrievers so much, seem like great dogs. When I was 5 I got attacked by one, tore my thigh open so I’ve always avoided them, little bit of minor ptsd going in with that.
Weird - usually Goldens aren't aggressive. They only become aggressive if they view you as aggressive and even then, most goldens have a 'pet and love' disposition or avoid and run from and they will usually run and avoid before biting. Sounds like the owners of that dog were the problem because generally, a golden doesn't just do that, which means the dog had bad owners or they were not being good owners and making the dog aggressive because I've owned goldens and if they didn't like someone, they ran and avoided. I'm sorry that happened - maybe try again and try to perhaps get one yourself as a puppy or if you know anyone with a golden, get to know it. Just sounds like a bad owner problem if the dog was aggressive and did that to you.
I can tell you exactly what happened but I don’t know why it targeted me. Several neighborhood kids were poking sticks at it and taunting/tormenting it in several ways. I was 40-60 feet away at the base of a pine tree doing stupid kid stuff. To be clear I NEVER teased or tormented animals. It got super pissed off, jumped the fence and came to get my ass. Like I said, no clue why me. 🤷♂️. It turned into a mad minute. Maybe one day I’ll get over it and have a golden but I’m completely in love with beagles and other little hounds/hunting dogs.
Y’all, two words; training collar. Teach the dog that YOU are the alpha, not them. I have never had to bodily lift my dog like that, except when she had surgery and was too stoned from the drugs. I also make the vet a place of fun and happiness by bringing them around for pets and treats, not just exams and emergencies. It takes some extra effort, but when you make your dog terrified of a place, that’s on you. Dogs take queues from their pack leader; you stay calm and upbeat, they’ll stay calm. Mine know that visits to the vet mean cuddles, attention, and treats with the occasional discomfort, which is okay because life is like that sometimes.

It never fails to amaze me that when a dog doesn't want to do something, the managed to put on 100 Kilos!
Full strength activated!
The biggest personalities among animals. So funny.
Tooooooooooo cute😂😂😂😂😊
7:20 When it goes from the worst day ever to the best day ever….
The dog in 0:40 resonates with me so much! It is basically all of us when we really don't want to do something 🤣

My dog loves the vet because they have dogs there. And cats. And treats.
Thank you so much, i loved all❤️
We have a German shepherd, believe it or not she loves it. She's 5. Almost 100 lbs. She's the most loving dog and loves attention.
That's adorable! German Shepherds are such gentle giants.

That dog was sooo pissed at losing his , um, testicular fortitude.

I know that feeling all too well. It's like trying to move a couch! I swear they get heavier the moment you try to pick them up.
My Katie learned how to open the doors at the vet. She was extremely intelligent.
6:52 my f as mily had a Samoyed with the ability to take a pill wrapped in cheese, eat said cheese, and spit the pill out.
We had a Shepherd years ago, who could find and spit a tablet out even if we shoved it inside a sausage.
Your Shepherd must have been a real escape artist! It sounds like you had your hands full.
My current dog is the dumbest one by far. He just yums everything down!
My dog loves going to the vet just because she gets a ton of attention from the entire staff ⚕️⚕️
Haha funny. It's this comment okay Mr TH-cam censor?

and here my dog who loves to go to the vet only little scared of injection and at that time his face is supper funny 😂
You need to change your title. These are *not* all vet videos!
OMG! It doesn't matter if it's not all vet videos. There all fun animals.
Oh for sakes. Just enjoy. Like one really knows what’s going on. Raise your hand if you’re an expert.

Delightful. Must have taken a while to edit!
CLICK BAIT. THEY NEVER SHOWED THE DOG ON THE CABINET IN THE THUMB NAIL. DON'T WATCH
One of the first words a dog learns is VET, and most dont like it.
They have every right to fear it,
My doggo loves the vet.
I don’t understand it either.
09:58 This was exact what I was thinking.
all drama queens! 😂
Once many veterinarians try stop doing both they will relax.
Ps- I am a veterinarian

I Don't know what that was at .33 but i hazard to guess it was some sort of Pre Historic animal Long Thought Extinct.

What is happening to the poor dogs at 3:34 and 4:03. The dogs are clearly in distress. Why do you keep blow drying them like that? Seems very cruel.
My thoughts as well. I would NOT even like that.
Great video! It really captured my attention.
"Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
USA + Vet = Much money 😢
Everywhere it is expensive.
Great animals! Still, the bad voice over.
Clever advocat 50
I put some of my thoughts onto a piece of video paper called MEANING OF NOTHING ONLY DOGS KNOW.
It's obvious many dogs hate the blow drier - why use it then? They can be towel dried and left to dry off naturally. Don't be unkind!
My doggo loves the vet.
I don’t understand it either.
I don’t like it. Can’t get out of there for less than $200.
We do NOT need the narrative! Let the video speak for itself.
Why does TH-cam follow me around and read my posts, deciding which thought is allowed and which isn't? Not a good way to make a living.
If dogs can only remember a few minutes how do they remember the vet.
I uploaded my thoughts to a video called MEANING OF NOTHING ONLY DOGS KNOW.
My local Vet is a druggy, untrustworthy, yet videos like this implies they are all sweet. Sad. j
Report him IF you have evidence.

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid and cruel are the dog owners .
Stop dragging you dog by the collar!!!! How would you feel if someone did that to you
Exactly!
Maybe if they trained the dog they wouldn’t have to do that😅
I guess a harness? I’ve often wondered about that.
You ignorant much
@@Matty06001 those are useless
oh, LIAR, *going to the park when really going to vet*,now trut every again
Please get a harness and not a strap around their neck .
Watch videos on how many dogs back out of harnesses and escape.
Would you just shut up and let the video roll?!
You should not pull him by the neck. Terrible!
