'...WATCHED HER RANKING PLUMMET'? Hasn't she been #1 or #2 all year? 100 weeks at #1. Her record speaks for itself...there's nothing going on! Most players have a wobble occasionally...its normal.
Leave Iga alone! This is her life and she doesn't owe all the petty haters anything .She has done amazing and will continue at her own pace. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IGA!!!!!!
Iga has a US open ...and 12 hard court titles a WTA final trophy on hards .. yet people prefer Overrated Gauff with just the 1 slam and no year end finishes.. and Sabalenka who for the most part in her career has been a choke artist outside of Australia
It's definitely interesting how perceptions can vary in the tennis world! Iga has an impressive record, and it’s always fun to discuss the dynamics of player popularity.
Hopefully she will be back better next year and I really hope this new coach works for her, but she does need to improve on those faster indoor courts.
There's nothing wrong with Iga, she just plays too much tennis at the beginning of the season, particularly during the clay court season by the time she gets to Wimbledon she's tired....they better be careful they don't burn her out.
There is nothing wrong with Iga. In fact, other girls have improved a lot this year. Sabalenka and Zheng become more consistent at the baseline. Gauff is now more aggressive and ambitious. On the other hand, there is nothing changed in Iga's game. Hope her new coach can fix all her weaknesses.
I think the bottom line is that there are more players on the rise. The younger one being Mira Andreeva , Zheng Qinwen and Gauff, the older ones are Sabalenka, Rybakina and Muchovva. Iga won't dominate and her day and aura of dominance came to the end at 2023 Australian Open when Rybakina beat her in straight sets. .
At last, more players are figuring her out. I hate her frantic, one dimensional play. A no.1 player who can't adjust to fast balls or slice or high balls, phew! That crazy forehand looked soooo bad against Gauff, where her shots nearly landed in the crowd!
A good coach should be able to notice immediately (and we know that Wim is a good coach). Basically mine, who is nowhere near international level, noticed I’m much more right eye dependant player (I do have issues with my left one indeed) thus exactly what @Eduardo-m2i said - depth perception issues, position errors, reaching ball too fast or troubles with ball length assessment which in turn makes it harder to hit balls cleanly and might be the cause of more errors.
Everytime a "don't worry about the future" video (like this one) appears you know that she's gonna drop the tournament she's playing, she, the REAL number 1, has no real competition, even if she hadn't played a tournament in a long time, but now, the WTA's excuse and escapegoat is her new coach and the previous one, cause they like to arrange tournaments like the US Open 2021/2023/2024, the AUS Open 2023/2024, etc, funny you mentioned that she has "troubles" winning on fast courts, when she even WON Wimbledon in her junior years, if she had those "troubles" she wouldn't even have reached quarterfinals there, tell the WTA this is NOT pro wrestling/soap opera/entertainment, THIS IS SPORT, AND THE BEST SHOULD WIN, CHRISTUS VINCIT, CHRISTUS IMPERAT. DEUS BENEDICAT TIBI.
Dropping the ranking is now OK. But going down slowly is nightmare. Number of players are now able to beat her more handily. One or two years ago when she stepped on court many of us just enjoy how she beat not competed her opponents. It is different now.
It’s the Olympic loss. Iga has won 4 grand slams on that same court, 3 slams in a row. Everyone assumed the Olympic gold was hers, she lost, in straight sets to a player she’s never lost to before in an event she waited four years for in a court no one expected her to loose in. Her career has been mostly winning for the past few years so she’s not used to loosing let alone loosing like that. She’s the greatest player right now but she needs to get out of her head.
You make a great point! Competing at such a high level requires immense stamina and dedication, and every player has their own journey to success.

Iga and Saba will flip and flop at the top for a while. Maybe Coco will enter into it too, it will be brief. NONE of these players currently has what it take to dominate this game of tennis. THIS will show and prove the EFFECTIVENESS of SIR WILLIAMS. This man should HAVE already be in the TENNIS HALL OF FAME for what he has done for this game. PRODUCING, not one, BUT TWO CHAMPIONS that were able to dominate the game for such a long period. A fete than CAN NEVER BE DUPLICATED. THEY should forever and ALWAYS show clips of SIR WILLIAMS at ALL TENNIS EVENTS. But THEY will not. But you know.... Jesus IS still BLACK and there is nothing that THEY can do about that!. So, we good.
You make some valid points! Sir Williams’ impact is off the charts-coaching GOATs like Serena and Venus? Unreal. 🙌 Thanks for watching and dropping your take! Keep ‘em coming!
She needs to change her grip otherwise she has no chance to pick up fast , flat balls with western grip. That's what Nadal did at some point of his career.
IGA is one dimensional clay court specialist. Her serve is average and noy great. She rarely goes to net or use slice and drop shots. Her clay dominance masks her poor results on faster surfaces. She lost early at AO, Wimbledon, and US Open. Her loss at Olympics clearly hurt her confidence.
You make some valid points about IGA's game style. It's interesting to see how players adapt to different surfaces and the strategies they employ. Now, let's wait and see if Fissette can improve Iga's game on much faster courts...
The previous coach helped Iga to become no.1 and win multiple titles. The new one (Fissette) just arrived, so let's wait a bit and see if he can work his magic on Iga. Thanks for the comment and for watching our video!!

125 weeks
Is that how you get your jollies by insulting h. IGA owes you nothing! FIND A HOBBY!!!
bro she hasnt played in 2 months its not surprising that she lost to gauff😭she will be back in form in 2025 dont worry yall
Even so, it was arranged, she has no real competition, CHRISTUS VINCIT, CHRISTUS IMPERAT. DEUS BENEDICAT TIBI.
Or that she took a break and her opponents improved.
It sure sounds very familiar
Leave Iga alone! This is her life and she doesn't owe all the petty haters anything .She has done amazing and will continue at her own pace. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IGA!!!!!!
She's not a robot. She's bound to have some bad periods. The best of athletes get them.
Iga's on the rebound, she will take that no.1 spot again and be again the queen of WTA. No doubt about that!
we'll wait and see for that number one spot, not entirely sure she can defeat Sabalenka...
Let's hope she'll take back her crown👑
Keep on dreaming!
IGA is definitely on her way up - small steps❤❤❤
👍🎾💪
Her ranking only dropped from 1 to 2. She's still number 2 in the world.
Iga has a US open ...and 12 hard court titles a WTA final trophy on hards .. yet people prefer Overrated Gauff with just the 1 slam and no year end finishes.. and Sabalenka who for the most part in her career has been a choke artist outside of Australia
Yep because Coco is an American and she is amazingly
It's definitely interesting how perceptions can vary in the tennis world! Iga has an impressive record, and it’s always fun to discuss the dynamics of player popularity.
Overrated Gaugh... calm down now; your anger is showing.
Hopefully she will be back better next year and I really hope this new coach works for her, but she does need to improve on those faster indoor courts.
Absolutely! With some hard work and focus, I’m sure she’ll adapt to those faster indoor courts and come back stronger than ever.
Don't hold your breath. Naomi just dumped him.
There's nothing wrong with Iga, she just plays too much tennis at the beginning of the season, particularly during the clay court season by the time she gets to Wimbledon she's tired....they better be careful they don't burn her out.
True, it’s all fun and games until someone serves up exhaustion! Let’s hope her team has a good game plan to keep her fresh for the 2025 season.
GO IGA! YOU CAN DO IT!❤❤
Thanks for the support! IGA is going to give it her all!
All the best to Iga, Wim n team🎉🎉🎉
👍🎾💪

Iga’s game is like that classic car that just needs a little tune-up! Let’s hope her new coach has the right tools in the garage!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It’s always great to hear different perspectives on how the sport is evolving.
Zheng is same age as Iga... what younger ones?? 😂
@@krystiankowalik132 Zheng is 2 yerars younger, that is a 8 more slams
A young player to watch is Miss Shanaider.
At last, more players are figuring her out. I hate her frantic, one dimensional play. A no.1 player who can't adjust to fast balls or slice or high balls, phew! That crazy forehand looked soooo bad against Gauff, where her shots nearly landed in the crowd!
Let's go Iga! Head up, you're the best💪🎾
With fans like you, Iga's got her own personal cheer squad! Let’s keep the momentum going!
I may be wrong but I think it could possibly her eye sight. She was never this erratic before.
You know what, I think you may be on to something.
@@LaraDorren1 Yes, it's called "depth perception".
@Eduardo-m2i Hm, that's an interesting point. How could you tell she has "eye sight" issues?
@@TennisExtra1 I cannot tell. I just suspect it. Her serves are off, her shots to the baseline are off

She needs to improve on (faster) hard courts, that's a must. ANd is now or never!
Right? It's like trying to run a marathon in roller skates-she's gotta get those speed skills down!
She doesnt need to do anything lol😂

At least the coaching part is an improvement, will see for the rest
Let's see how the new partnership will work out for Iga! Thanks for watching our video!
Iga ,as life sometime cruel ,, i love ,,,
👍🎾💪
Well it’s her 1st tournament since 2 months, what did you guys expect 😂😂😂😂
💪👍🎾

After ITIA announced her 1 month suspension for doping, now we all know why...
That's an intriguing topic, indeed!😁
The last No.1 Iga will make a comeback in 2025.🎉🎉🎉 Don't underestimate her❤❤
Totally agree! Iga’s got that fire in her, and can't wait to see what she brings in 2025!
Her ranking plummet????
Watch out if saba, coco and zheng will get the same energy on clay. 😂😂😂
👍💪✌️
1) she's probably tired. Lots of matches and titles won. 2) the other players are professional tennis players with coaching as well.
You make a great point! Competing at such a high level requires immense stamina and dedication, and every player has their own journey to success.

1GA needs to back to Tomasz. he got her to number 1 he can do it again
Let's give a chance to Fissette, see if he can work his magic with Iga, what do you think about that? 💪🎾
Dominate on all surfaces? Don't make me laugh?
whats going on? she's going through a doping withdrawel.
without the drugs in her system she probably exits roland garros in the 3rd round

I favor Osaka!
Okay...and thanks for watching our video!
I FAVOR IGA! CLASSY, INTELLIGENT LADY❤❤
Queen Iga they say😆, she's got no chance against Sabalenka who will be the new queen of WTA. That's it, game over!!!!!
Thanks for watching our video!

WHAT GAME ARE YOU PLAYING???
Bad choice of coach
