    Quantum looks to be a more usable Hk-22 ball. Where some of the popular balls like the Widow 2.0 Hybrid can be too quick at times to the friction.

    Man, I really enjoy watching your videos, and I really hope your channel takes off, your content is much better than the 10k of subscribers you have. The Quantum seems really smooth for a Hk22 Pearl, I thought it would be hockey stick, but looked like a banana, I actually really like that look better!!

    I bought the original Quantum when I was 14 years old before they were discontinued it was a monster

    Nice to see you break out the Defender Hybrid again!! I love that ball, shot a 288 a few weeks back with it, super underrated! Thought the Evo Response would jackknife mostly, but it actually seemed fairly smooth for you.. reminds me of the Attitude, still love that ball as well!

    I really liked the fortera exile, about 10 years ago, the evo response seems to be the closest current ball they have.

    I was looking forward to your review of this Quantun. Thank you for all you hard work and getting us the skinny on all your ball reviews. Thanks Charles

    Charles is there any chance you could have Joe average bowler throw what you throw. And if you don't mind telling us what your hand does at release. Love the videos

    I’m not sure if you ever threw it, but if you did, are there any similarities between the response and the fire quantum.

      Yes I did throw the quantum fire. One of my favorite balls when I first started throwing Brunswick it rolled really well.

    Does the Evo Response compare to the Envision pearl or the new tour envy pearl

    Compare with Zen Gold

      Not a good comparison. One being asym and one being symmetrical, they are going to be much different.

    how do you get the camera to face auto focus then pull the focus to the pins after? is someone focusing the cam for you ? or is it a setting in the cam?

    I just want to say HK-22 is a gimic... the balls with HK22 all come with COMPOUND ON THEM... so its not the surface that contacts the lane... its the compound that does... since its a wax and forms a barrier that shines up and seals the ball and its poors. The only thing that effects reaction is SURFACE GRIT.... and THE CORE/Composite Make-up
    saying a ball has x,y,z as the coverstock is really just a sales pitch on nothing... i can sand any ball with 1000 grit and roll them all the same given they are similar stats within the ball...
    2 factors create action in a ball... SURFACE GRIT COUNT AND CORE... (not accounting for human error... using a throwbot)
    prove me wrong!

      Surface a plastic black widow, urethane widow, and 2.0 all the same and they would certainly react differently. Chemistry matters.

    • @therealhonestraider7921
      @therealhonestraider7921 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gspence6997 not when you have compound on them all. All of the HK22 balls have CROWN FACTORY COMPOUND ON THEM.
      with that outer surface sealed with wax... your CHEMISTRY DOESNT MEAN SQUAT!

      @therealhonestraider7921 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gspence6997 Also, if you throw one ball on a fresh pair... and each ball was 500 grit... they are all going to perform the same... if they have the same core stats.

      @@therealhonestraider7921 The Ebonite Envision Pearl, Radical Outer Limits, Track Kinetic Cobalt, Hammer Dark Web Hybrid, and Radical Katana Strike are balls featuring HK22 that do _not_ come with compound out of box.

      There is no Wax in Crown Factory Compound. It's an abrasive compound. Check your facts, don't spread nonsense, refer to the material safety data sheet if you can be bothered.
