Mister Tom is horrified, by this so much he takes the belt that his parents sent him and throws it away.
I think it's a reference to the Genocide Run where during Sans' battle, the text displays, "You feel your sins crawling down your back." and this implies that the sins became etched in.
Frisk is actually genderless and their gender actually depends on what the player sees them as so seeing them as a girl at first glance (especially because of their longish hair) is actually okay since Frisk was meant to be that way Toby Fox wanted people to reflect themselves onto Frisk so seeing them as a girl, boy, Or just genderless isn’t wrong

Basically this : 1st Horrortale Sans = UNDERTALE Sans horror-fied. 2nd Horrortale Sans = Underfell Sans horror-fied. Underfell (horror) is featured here. Nice.
