Great edit but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that this movie is going to be mediocre at best. I guarantee it will be exactly the same quality as the Prince of Persia film. From this trailer we know that they aren't even trying to retain any historical accuracy like the games did. There won't be any subtlety or stealth aside from parkouring to the next target. It'll just be action, action, action the whole time with cliche, poorly written characters and a dime-a-dozen plot. Just your typical cash-grab.
I disagree. There just isn't enough in this trailer to judge the movie with. Just because the trailer is all action doesn't mean the movie will be as well. We know that whoever made this trailer isn't exactly the sharpest knife in the toolbox (who the f*ck thought rap would be a good idea?). One thing I appreciate is that the movie appears to be going full on with modern day stuff instead of half arseing it like Ubisoft has been doing recently. Michael Fassbender is a good actor. This could be the first good video game based movie.
