    Sell alcohol at corner stores and what do you think is going to happen? Meanwhile the rest of Toronto is an Open Air “Safe Injection” site 💯

    Meanwhile, there are junkies in the park. My wife used to work at Moss Park, I hated that for her...

      I've drank and I walked around in Durham region and Toronto okay. And I'm going to make two arguments one you go to a bar you get you get hammered you walk out perfectly fine no problems but this guy he's sitting on the side okay now you can drink in public walking around just fine as long as you are respectful well-kept in keeping the peace. This guy clearly violated three of them he was sitting down he's obese and ugly he has something in his hand and he obviously smells horrible. And he's also creating a scene in the public making everybody concerned therefore the cops are pulling him over talking to him seeing what's going on if I was down there I'd have my black jeans on I'd have my black shirt on because that's what I commonly wear I'd wear some nice I'd wear my sneakers I have a beard but I'd be not smelling stinky I usually have a shower everyday, I only drink about maybe three cans okay and I'm always walking if I'm going to sit I sit at a park bench or out of picnic table at a park I tried to not stand out. And that's the biggest thing is when you start standing out that's when you're going to get in trouble and this person clearly has been standing out and is a big concern but with your point with all the junkies and stuff why don't they deal with that in that's a bigger issue than this a much bigger issue and requires much bigger system to handle they're also not equipped to handle such of those situations they're dressing short sleeves. They're on bicycles and they got shorts on meaning if they go up to a junkie that junkie could have STDs viruses and all sorts of problems and could have various weapons on hand so they can't go up to everybody willy-nilly like this these people that are on the boat on bicycles these officers are just tagging people who are being inappropriate in public of a minor degree like throwing trash on the ground sitting looking odd and drinking being a disturbance. That's what they're looking for they're not concerned about the junkies they're not concerned about the drug addicts they're not concerned about the criminals they're looking more into societies behavior and nailing out all the little nails that are popping up that's their whole objective and they saw this man he looks like he's not going to be violent or anything so they go up to him they smell that he's intoxicated he's sitting on the ground his speeches not very prominent their concerned about the guy they're concerned about the people's safety and they're just bringing out a disciplinary action to him and you can see on how patient the officer is with him like if they catch a person throwing garbage on the ground they're going to stop that person say pick that garbage up. Oh you're not going to pick that up I'm going to charge you so pick it up okay refusing I'm going to detain you you're refusing to be contained you're under arrest that's how it goes

      @@tinomoc9877 I don't know why so many people (mostly liberals) have such a problem with alcohol being sold in stores.
      The alcoholic in this video was always gonna be in this park drinking whether he purchased it from the convenience store or from the LCBO.
      I live in moss park and see people smoking crack and using needles daily. I often have to ask junkies to move their drugs out of the way so i can use the steps to get into my apartment building.
      Hate on Doug Ford but I would definitely say the safe injection site he's shutting down hurts the area far more than selling alcohol in stores.

    • @MR.Twentysix-ny1uw
      @MR.Twentysix-ny1uw 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Basically you two these officers cannot handle druggies or junkies and stuff because of short sleeve and improper personal protective equipment they're here to discipline citizens not the deplorables like I mean they're there to discipline regular folks for misbehaving. So I've drank and I walked out a lot of times in public no problems but you are correct if you show yourself as being a concerned or a nuisance to public then you could get yourself in trouble and this guy clearly is not dressed appropriately okay he's morbidly obese so he's definitely standing out and he's sitting on the sidelines which is not a seating area of course the officer is going to come by and discipline this citizen. Like if they catch a person throwing a garbage on the ground they're going to come by tell you to pick it up and they're going to keep on harassing you and then probably if it gets very bad or rest you and fine you and charge you. So it's best off to listen to the cops and behave and not stand out

  • @MR.Twentysix-ny1uw
    @MR.Twentysix-ny1uw 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I'll say this been drinking and walking in Toronto many times never has happened anything to me like this. This man was doing something that was publicly concerning. He's dressed inappropriately uncleanly he's obese. Sitting on the side clearly with some sort of object in his hand that he's hiding. Here's the thing I walk around Oshawa I walk around Toronto I walked around all over the place drinking a few cans here and there okay but I'd always put the cans in my pockets throw them out when I can I dress nicely I'm clean I'm well kept okay and I don't look like a bum or a loser. I don't make myself a public concern and disturb the peace in some way. And that's the biggest thing you can go to a bar drink a few drinks walk out of the bar and be perfectly fine so what's the difference from that versus drinking and holding a beverage in your hand in public not much difference it's like a grocery store saying you can't drink that can of Coca-Cola away from my store unless you pay an extra 25 cents. That's the dumb part. So it's not about well you get the whole point
