Himansu all companies are good .offer from those companies mean u r technically good.as u tell Harman and ihs Markit offering high so do one thing except except Harman tell all company that u have offer so increase ctc .if they increase join them else join harman:-)

Consulting company does not include variable pay in ctc so pls check whether ctc of ey include variable or its separate. I would suggest full time MBA...if u don't have option then do online mbA
