Nice! I wish you can do a more comprehensive video about OSPF network types. Also, for Totally stubby areas you'd only want to do "area 1 stub no-summary" on the ABR, other routers within the area can use "area 1 stub". Unless there is a reason I may not know.

Can Run the command clear ip ospf process in a production environment.. if not why and how it impacts
Yes you can run it but you need to understand the impact it's going to have on your network. Doing so will force OSPF to converge again which depending on the size of your network could take a while. Thus your network traffic will be impacted. Definitely not something you want to do outside of a planned maintenance window and with your boss saying it's OK.
Of course you can do it whenever but make sure to have an updated resume because you'll probably need it afterwards.
