This is pure awesomeness, love both bands but man this is so unique
Iron Maiden got me out of a very deep hole, so for me to say they’re my favorite is an understatement. I’ve experimented with some covers, threw up, then went back to the original. This cover is the best I’ve heard, and they didn’t add any new riff or make it faster or slower, they just did a great cover, which(one of the worst thing you can do with a cover of any song), they didn’t manipulate the vocals to try and make it known it was there’s. Absolutely fantastic cover!

All the covers of Powerwolf are great because they respect&cherish those bands and songs.We are all sick of covers that bands want to make the song sound like their own.
If you're going to make it sounds the same as the original there's no point in covering it though?

it depends,for example "Hurt" by J.Cash was an awesome cover,nailed it 100% truly hard!!!!But to cover a song for me is like taking a picture of a sight ex. the colosseum,it's the same but from your angle and camera
But in this song, Powerwolf _did_ kind of make it their own, eh? This sounds pretty different than the original because of the organs and stuff.
@@andrewcotter2036 They do it as a mark that they're the ones doing, but pretty much respect the original essence of the whole thing... I mean, if you know PW and hear any cover or song of it, you'll be able to recognize. On the other hand, with the covers, if you know the original, you'll feel sort of the same way with it, you can still say in few seconds, "dude this is that song from that band" ...I think that's the best. It's diffrent than when you almost can't recognize it at all (what frequently happens with other covers to me, only partially my fault).
And now as of 2022 Iron Maiden and powerwolf will crossover and I just can’t handle it

I sing for 5 years now and can comfortably say I can sing almost anything I want...but there are 2 styles of voices I never got down even slightly and those were Bruce Dickinson and Lordi. And the latter only because I never figured out how^^
That said "not easy" is still very understated, believe me...
