Kindly cover Central Park Flower Valley also, improvement needed there, alao the size of floors is too small, quality is not upto the mark of materials used in houses. Also toll is the biggest hinderance
Density is around 19 if its only 1k flats in 52acres. Thats super low for a high rise. However, dont know if he is including the studio apartments in that count cuz that will significantly change the density. One big issue is the fact that even after 10 years project is not complete. Under construction buildings dont go well with ultra luxury. All the noise, dust and labor movement are obvious pain points
Gurgaon is in the list of top 10 cities with serious water issues, and by 2030 it would become a city with unmanageable water issue.. Not sure why properties in the name of luxury are being sold with very high inflated price.. Is it really worth to stay in luxury house with hardly any water.. Today Bangalore is suffering, gurgaon is moving towards it.. People should evaluate before putting large sum in the property..

Bhai ji the price fluctuates in few months, in use to mention earlier but then when viewers see the same video after few months or year they think it's the current price and they expect it in old price so stopped mentioning iit.if anyone wants to know they can anyways whatsapp or call.
