    Got a TRD Camry just got the 76 mm adapter coming heard to port the intake already on 93 with a 3” custom exhaust this should be a huge gain for me hopefully pushing 360 to the wheel

    Do the stock injector work back with the port lower intake manifold

      Injectors won't change much due to them being a certain size and can only flow so much. But yes since manifold will be flowing more air. Ecu will command a bit more fuel. Enough for stock to handle but if you really wanna go big. You need new Injectors and fuel pump for big big power

    Are there any issues with the upper manifold gasket sealing after removing all of that material? Especially on track use where you have positive manifold pressure from lots of engine braking, do you think the gaskets would have more wear? I might do a 2GR swap for a track car in the future.

      All sets sold so far have had zero issues. Just a massive gain in air flow. But no damage to gaskets to any changes to how the manifold functions

    It looks like the heavy porting you did on the upper has created a mismatch with the lower ? Are the finished ports identical shape on the upper and lower ?

      Not correct! Both are port matched and shoe very well flow on my flow bench. I wouldn't post or sell something if it wasn't good or working

      @@TriggaMI called several local machine shops for that job but I was told it’s time consuming, expensive and rather do port and polish heads, but obviously do need to do cylinder heads, so therefore now I am debating on supercharging my GS.

      Hate to tell you but those shops are just plain lazy or have no idea what they are talking about.
      Ported upper and lower with my 76mm tb kits. Is a game changer and yes I am the only one who offers this service and actually does it correctly. Don't get scammed into other games. I've seen it happend and they all end up coming to me to get it fixed

    I'm concerned about the amount you removed on plastic runner...very thin and scary under hard track with constant changes in pressure. Your onto a nice gain . So 2grfe with 12.1 pistons and use intake setup.

      I understand your concern but it's noting to worry about. I have now multiple, time attack cars, drags cars, & even a drift car ( all customer ) of mine. We have never had any issue. All smiles and very good results. I don't just do this for the lexus platform! I offer this service for so many more engines. And as always before I start selling any product. I make sure to put it through every test I can to assure the outcome is positive. At triggaspec we don't sell anything that doesn't work or show results. It's been like that since day 1 and will continue to do so for all future products that I develop.

    do you think throttle body porting alone is worth it so should it also be paired with ported manifolds? i have a camry with the 2gr fks

      Not good to do porting on tbs. But we have a tb kit coming out in next 3 months. With a manifold spacer as well.

      Tb is measured by blade not bore. If bore is inlarged and blade isn't. You will have gaps where sir can seep in more then normal even st idle. Car will run like shit

    I'm porting my own lower intake and from what i can visually see The biggest gain is from the lower intake, I can't see an advantage in porting the upper intake manifold as the lower side opening will be alot bigger than the lower intake's opening which might result in air turbulence, hopefully I'm wrong 🤷🏽‍♂️

      Both need to be ported pretty well for you to see the gains you want to see.... not sure how you did it or how it's gonna come out, but hope it works out for you

      I believe you truly need a flow bench to know you’re providing gains with this. I agree upper plenum on this engine shouldn’t be modified. It’s shaped to maintain the same circumference or porting on all six ports. Opening them up oval on one side changes the air flow from being equal on all six cylinders to different from one side to the other. You wouldn’t port-match one head and not the other. That’s why we bore measure porting when opening up or redirecting flow. Has to be the same on all six so no one cylinder isn’t getting more, or less, air/gas flow. Check your plugs after this procedure…regularly…I bet they’re not all burning the same. Some lean-some rich.

      It's as easy as you start doing it and offer the service! Every one talks but no one want to do the work I have done. Also if your not happy don't buy it. But know eveyone who has bought it now. Easy over a 100 sets have had no issues. Plenty tuners have tuned them. All have had nothing but good to say about it. But again some might feel differently and I could care less. Easier said then done 👎🤦‍♂️

      @@TriggaM I’m not hating, trigga. At all. It was a valid question that I responded to. And I never said it didn’t work. I’ve built two 2GR-FSE engines for 2nd gen IS350’s including my own. I only apply logic and experience to my response. I’m not incorrect in saying that by not port matching you’re not “potentially” causing other issues. I would expect to see all spark plugs burning the same. This is a weekend craft more than an engine mod. A bench flow test is needed for this to be validated…and if you do that, your sales will go up if validated. If the bench flow shows unbalanced gains, well…the proof is there. I’m not out to get you. Just responded to a valid question of port turbulence in this specific mod. If you deny that it could be a concern you should address the tech behind it. Not just say that 100’s of people like your work. Anyone can buy a dremal and do this mod.

      FKS different manifold. I offer those as well. And really it all depends on tune and just how the car does and what fuel is used. But with FKS customers. I've seen massive torque gains and much more top end that the car is missing is re gained with the manifolds

      There has been some out there in the internet. Some I do have but due to client confidentiality I won't be able to say exactly what they made or ect... but gains on these go from 20hp to 50hp depending in tune, fuel, and other supporting mods and health of your engine

    How much is the ported manifold set? How much is labor to install at shop?
    Is it legal in california?

      Ported manifold set varies timr to time based on sales and ect. But typically it's 650 to 700 ish
      And for install I have no idea you have to talk to shops and see. And as for modifications, it's a stock part modified to give best results
      So at end of the day it's not illegal.

    I have always wanted to take the induction system off my 2015 GS 350 F-Sport and mess around with porting... but I think you cut way too close to the edges of the gasket flange man. Not only on the plenum side but also the TB side. Lexus would have ported them themselves if it was possible to ensure lifetime durability of the plastic casting. You've left so little of the plastic along the edges that it's possible chunks could break off and get sucked into the plenums and stick in the valves or melt into the bores. Worrisome. Tying to think like an automotive engineer here, thinking of the duty cycle of metals and plastics that have to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations in hot and cold weather and in extreme engine load and high RPM scenarios. And man, slow down that camera. I got nauseous tryin to keep up.

      Sorry but none of this is real fact. Not only I've done these for lexus and many other chassis I offer this for. If done proper. It won't have any issues. No flacking or parts breaking off lol. This ain't no child's work. And yes I'm a engineer my self. I've took plenum and split in half. 3d scanned and testing it many times with solid works. Lots of meat on the runner. With my porting skills and experience. It's never had any issues. Only seen positive. Tuned and tested and proven so many times now. Thank you for the comment but none of what you said has been true. If you feel better start doing it your self. You will see lots goes into my product and I offer what other can't. We aren't the same in any way

    the porting in the plenum is wrong. The reason one why three holes have more "meat" than the other three intake runners (plastic side), is to match all.
    By you porting out those three holes now you made three holes bigger than the others, uneven match.
    The aluminum side looks good, but the plastic side is wrong.

      It's as easy as you go and do your own 😂, easier said then done. As you probably don't know I just don't do lexus manifolds, I do many other cars. Have proper equipment to test them and see flow rates. But nope you probably don't know anything about any of that. Please don't waste my timr my dude. Not Herr trying to say your right or I'm right. It's funny how I've sold over 500 sets of these now. Everyone who has one has seen great gains and no issues. But here you are claiming all this & that. So like I said go grab the tools and do it your self. Save me the nonsense & time

      ​@@psiturbo The starting diameters of the upper intake runners are going to be the same since they aren't ported, only the lower end of the upper's runners got the porting. Other than possible issues with upper intake gasket seal, porting work can't really hurt your performance. I could see 15hp from this, maybe 20 if you get the ports matched well. The ports may give one cylinder bank slightly more power, but the overall power gain isn't large enough to cause a concerning difference.

      ​@@HeapOfEngineeringOn the upper manifold the holes are set left right left right and are past the ends of the other one.
      The lower manifold holes do not have. The same pattern of left right and go beyond the edge of the ones nearby.
      No Dyno runs, no flow bench testing, not even manage to equalize the runners with water to match them up. No before and after of the spark plugs condition, no AFRs readings with a wideband.

I will have to agree with you on this now 🤣 one bank of cylinders is probably leaned out and the O2 sensor will be reading past the Y pipe, so the computer will richen up both sides, to the point where you might even lose some power.
