I went from 12 stone to 24 in 4 years because of antidepressants, i woke up one morning and said enough, i only had 2 cans of tuna and 6 boiled eggs broken into 2 meals a day, i did this for 18 months and walked 3 miles a day. I'm now 12 stone again also my extreme anxiety was cured by taking magnesium which people should look into as it's very hard to detect and upto 70% of people are lacking.
Can’t believe they didn’t extend the monitoring period to better reflect the rate trend. This shows variability over 24 hr period only, and a cynic could suggest he was doing other things in the wee hours that needed night
My wife has Ozempic as one of her primary diabetic medications. When the diet fad of this started, she was unable to get it for months. The alternative medication that was provided was nowhere near as effective and led to her blood sugars being out of sync for months until enough supply was available.
@ for months, there was no supply available on prescription in the NHS as it was being taken up by private purchase. The manufacturers didn’t foresee the massive uptake in demand and so couldn’t scale it after Kardashian’s endorsement of it as a diet wonder drug. As people fell off the fad and the suppliers upped their manufacturing capability, it has become available again but only in a single dosage. My worry is that if the fad picks up again in January then we have the same issue again and her primary meds become unavailable
I wish someone could just push these people to go to the gym and switch up their diet. STOP TRYING ALL THESE QUICK FIXES. It just leaves you with more problems.
Totally agree, I know someone who has taken these weight loss jabs for months and yes she’s lost weight but doesn’t look well and has became very moody, tired, feeling cold all the time which was never her and her appetite has collapsed. Nothing beats exercise for weight loss and most importantly mental strength
Completely agree. My uncle is actually going one step further and getting weight loss surgery! He’s overweight but has less than 100 lbs to lose so would be completely attainable with diet and exercise. It’s excruciating to see just how far people are willing to go just to avoid any kind of hard work. I think he’s going to regret it when he realizes just how hard it is after the surgery and he can’t take it back. When it comes to being healthy, there IS no “quick fix”. It’s a lifestyle.
I don't see how the provider that he used can be blamed for this or the guy himself. From details given in the interview everything looks like it was followed correctly but unfortunately there can be some nasty side effects with this drug. The only thing you can do is shut whole thing down so you cannot buy from registered online pharmacies and only in person with ongoing in person monitoring. This would massively bump up the cost and put it even more out of reach for people who can use this drug to change their life (not just to get beach ready)
Carnivore diet. Healing / weight loss miracle. Dr. Khan have these lovely brown spots around his eyes, sign of insulin resistance. Be lean doesnt mean be metabolically healthy.
Yeah, the drug companies periodically issue these warnings because they don't want competition from online pharmacies. So, fear-mongering is their preferred method. Just about everyone knows that side-effects are part of any drug that works. Starting a GLP-1 drug, or updosing a GLP-1 drug, can bring on side-effects and the instructions for the meds list these side-effects.

That is fantastic but please be careful with tuna... It's full of mercury. I wouldn't eat it daily if I were you.
In my view. These injections should only be given via a doctors prescription by law.
So if he wasn’t feeling well why did he move up in the dose? Did he tell the pharmacy that he was suffering from I’ll effects?
Modern day people want a quick fix, immediate gratification.
My son went down from 208 pounds to 134 diet and dancing.

If everyone was getting their hands on it, how did it stop your wife being able to have it?

I wouldn’t be surprised if anti vaxers are taking the knock off weight loss jab
Some people are disable , therefore can not go to the gym. Stop patronising others as you know NOTHING.

@@supernova11711 My friend did some basic stitching surgery in Egypt 3 years ago and was really great. He is a different and greater person now

This was a good topic to bring up to help others yet was so ruined due to the GMB interrupting an talking over the guest all the time 🤐🤫🙊
The Marketing of Drugs is just so effective. Corporate Drug Dealers with PhD. Psychologists directing how to hook new patients. Sad.

@amaama3656 he was forcing the vaccine on us, if course because I'm no snowflake, and it turned out he didnt have it himself
It is all about habits, eat well and exercise. Sleep well too. Dont take anything to lose weight.
