Repairing PCE UPS MX 3000VA/2700W: Fault Code 01 & Output High Voltage

we have Online UPS 3000 watts
the user said that the ups was in old poor incomplete maintenance
There was an attempt to fix the high output voltage fault
The old maintenance Cuse another Fault code 01
but we have fixed all faults
