Why does some ranged units shoot rapidly?

cuz the game already has a Bug update. 1 of the options is to make units shoot faster

What was wrong with half the units?

So the unit attack the enemies that is close to them if there is 2 team
But if there's too much team, the unit will attack the 2 different team at the same time. Like... if blue is far from the red but green is close to red, Red would still be confused since there's 2 enemies team fighting.
