I like to think the reason T'Challa didn't mind Peter questions is because he wasn't asking about vibranium, but more how the claws in his suit work. Most people would be interested in the vibranium or how, but Peter took an interest in something that most people would glance over or ignore and thats probably why T'Challa didn't mind answering his questions. Considering the context of most of the conversations, Peter probably reminded T'Challa of his sister

Actually it's because in the Comics Tchalla was an actual teacher. He taught in Harlem before revealing his identity to the world. That's why he says "I love to teach". It was an Easter Egg for the "know it alls" like me. 👍🏾
