You are soooo cute!!!!! I love your quirky side!
Would you say that white rice is ok to eat?!? Or stick with brown?!?
I get so confused on this issue!

      🙈
Definitely ok. If a person tries to lose weight and has a hard time with white rice (because less filling), I would stick to brown rice. However, for weight maintenance, it is totally fine. And some people lose weight while having white rice. If in doubt, experimenting helps. 😊

I like raw soaked buckwheat groats in breads and tortillas. I tried the roasted buckwheat in the instant pot and it turned out great using your instructions, but it definitely has a strong flavor. I bought the Skvira brand. I may mix it with something like quinoa next time I cook it.

Yes, it has a stronger flavor than the regular one. I like that, but it's not something I can eat daily like potatoes or rice. 😊

In the instant pot: 1:1,5 ratio (buckwheat to water) for 5 min. Let the steam naturally release.

I have a lot of Polish and Ukrainian shops by me would they have that? I see regular buckwheats at Asian stores all the time

Definitely! Just look for the roasted one. But most of the time they offer it as well. 👍

I cooked some regular buckwheat to have instead of oatmeal and, yeah, I didn't like it either.
