I did a 30psi prossecco a few months ago, froze the bottles and used the nuka tap cp filler. Worked great 👍
Great tip!
I have seen my friend use 1-5psi into a counter flow filler with the wine at -5c. Might try again. Thanks for the video 👍 😀🍾
Definitely going to try something like that next time.
i come for the background music
Cheers!
Try freezing the bottles and bring the champagne down in temp as low as you can the colder the more co2 liquid holds
Great tip! Thanks!
Great follow through. Did wifey rate it?
I had to hide a bottle or two for the side by side with the other method. The rest only lasted a couple of weeks, so I think it passed
Brutal :( counter pressure filler definitely seems like the way to go next time. Also chilling the bottles might help a little? Those plastic corks are a bear though, bruised the shit out of my hand doing one batch and said never again 😂
So now that I've used those corks twice, I hold a piece of wood in both hands and push them in that way. Worked like a charm.

Does the next video ever happen?
Just waiting for the classic method to age on the lees for almost a year. Also dreading the degorging process. But it will happen.
@@graintoglass excellent! Thank you for suffering for our entertainment. I'm looking forward to it!
Wait.. Stratocaster? You play?
Brad and I both play guitar among other instruments. Cheers!
