"I'm glad you enjoyed "Stay With Me". I'm Catholic, and enjoyed reading it too. For lighter 'Catholic' reading there's all the Fr. Brown mysteries by G.K. Chesterton too. 😉🌻❤️
Sounds like you had a great reading month! Simba is trying to do another unhaul video pulling books off the shelf! 😻 You're always making me want to pick up Tessa Afshar! My favorite fiction reads in January I enjoyed and recommend were Whipping Up Worry by Emmie Lyn, Dead Men Wag No Tails by Sarah Fox (I read this for your January challenge but took a little liberty making it work for me, MC came home in book 1 but decided to come home for good in book 2), and Axe Me No Questions by Paula Charles. My favorite non-fiction books in January I recommend are Boundaries by Henry Cloud (Christian look at boundaries, eye opening for me) and Gods At War by Kyle Idleman (Christian, about idolatry, eye opening for me). These books taught me a lot about myself, understanding my loved ones, and how I could have better relationships with them. Have a wonderful week! 📚
It seems like you enjoyed taking your time in January with these books!😊 I really loved your in depth thoughts on them ! I am team Gage😂😂loved his storyline! so happy you enjoyed Pearl in the Sand I loved it❤❤
Persuasion was not my favorite Jane Austen. I’m not a big fan of second chance romance either. My biggest thing about the book is if Anne loved him so much why did she leave him in the first place.
Stay With Me cover is beautiful and sounds good. Thank you Amanda
That color is beautiful on you girl💗🥰
Love that shirt on you!!

Great job finishing Persuasion! It was my least favorite Austen until my re-read last year. Now it’s my second to last favorite 😂
