Perfect holder for dog walkies bags! Put walkies bags inside, pull the long strap through the short strap, and add a carabiner to long strap. Then pull over the leash. Just made a holder yesterday from a more basic shape (2" x 3" finished rectangle with a snap at the top edge) with a short strap at each side, which I then attached to a carabiner. This is much cuter!
