This is such a special and beautiful home. Wow. And in Bali too. With that view. I have been in many villas across Bali and there just isn’t anything of this quality design and standard existing today. It looks 5* hotel standard (or above) and the best European closed living available. This has raised the game for quality construction and design on the Island. My favourite part is the basement entertainment area- and the marble bar and huge padded-wall cinema is just exquisite. I want to move in here TODAY 🤩

The developer did an exceptional job on both of the units we've seen so far. While $2Mil USD is a tad overkill for something with a shared lot, the 50 year leasehold is unheard of so that makes up a good chunk of it. Plus, gorgeous furnishings that are included is a huge plus. Interior decorating on point. Would definitely be down to collaborate with the developer in the future.
This fantastic villa has a whole basement dedicated to entertainment so that on the occasional harvesting day you can stay indoors and enjoy a movie (or a few, we won't judge!) in the cinema room, or take on any of the other activities :)

Second the cinema room offers no coffee bar or bar area to service drinks within the cinema room and no tables or trays to place drinks & snacks on while viewing. Invites an accident to happen to ruin the velvet. The cinema room is an easy fix. Lucky home owners who can enjoy this overall fantastic property.
I have to agree with you but you have to understand that it was harvest season (3x to 4x per year) and it will all be green again in a couple of weeks. Ocean view would have been a better choice to my opinion :)

The house is completely amazing! But you're definitely over-playing the location. With the weed eating and burning ....

Indeed, the shoot was done during harvest season but the rice paddies will be lush green again soon :)
