    Instead of using the roland plotter to contour cut the duck face can you just cut out a rectangle and put it over the stitch outline and just pull it off after it finishes stitching the rest of the logo? Like the way you pull off the foam that is used to do puff embroidery?

    What do you recommend on doing a button down shirt on how to frame it on the flip front twill.

    So if I have a jersey number will I have to scan the number then apply it to my design shop?

    • @MelcoEmbroidery
      @MelcoEmbroidery  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Many times, suppliers of numbers will also supply the sew files that match up exactly with their products. If you have a number and no sew file, then yes, you'll most likely need to scan, scale, and digitize to the exact size.
      Creating your own from sheet or roll material may be a bit easier than the scanning option. For that, you digitize your applique design and then use that file to cut the material to exactly the right shape and size. I find it easier to match the fabric to a design than match a design to already cut fabric. It can be done. It just takes some testing and editing to get it right before the final sewout.

    Where’s the link for the ‘cutter’? I would like to see if it’s any comparison to a cricut.

      Hello, here is a link to the Roland cutter: www.shopmelco.com/Roland_GS_24_p/35027.htm . This cutter is made for industrial use and will work for a very long time.

    • @SYKOK1LLER
      @SYKOK1LLER 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The cricut is hobby level limited use machine. The Roland is one of the top cutters and 24" is a much better size to have. It costs more but is worth it.

      @@MelcoEmbroidery Hello, I just look at the clip (big thx!) and notice that the link to the Cutter longer work.. any help at all will be greatful, exact brand and model and new link.. You even mention a multi machine both printer and cutter that make my interest also, som more specifik info. about that also brand and model (even updated versions).
      Where can I find the two free gift? You menchen some "sign-up" link but I understand (is has been 3 years sins) if that no longer are availible any longer sins a long time ago, but it will never hurt to ask..
      In my eyes theese two are top of results and will allways be the best platform for -"how to do...." simular projects in the future, a "Lazydog" that we call it in Sweden..
      Big grateful thx from the northest part of Sweden //Tony (sorry for my spelling, from Sweden)

    What hoop is that?

    • @MelcoEmbroidery
      @MelcoEmbroidery  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This was done using a 43cm wood hoop. This hoop has been discontinued. Would suggest using the XL Hoop: shopmelco.com/xl-hoop-kit/
