Is Pattaya Sea View Hotel girl/guest friendly?
Unfortunately, it's not girl friendly hotel. This means that if you bring an outside visitor to your room you might have to pay 1000 baht extra. Did not test this myself, however, I got confirmation from Indian guest that they indeed asked for 1000 baht visitor fee. Also, they have stated that they charge 1000 baht visitor fees on their Tripadvisor page. As far I understand this can be avoided only if you have booking for two-person and check in with your wife/girlfriend/guest.
Do they ask for a security deposit?
Yes, as always every hotel in Pattaya. They ask 1000 baht per night or 2000 baht per stay. (this might be larger if you stay longer).
Does every room have a balcony?
No, only upper rooms and corner rooms have a balcony. You can always request a balcony while checking in however, they are subject to availability.
