I wonder how it would do using cherries, grapes, beets, ginger and turmeric. The consistency of the juice was virtually pulp free for each of the items juiced. Even the tomato juice looked very smooth.
Hi there, what's the difference between this model and Omega VSJ843? Are there any differences? Appreciate your reply and thanks so much! Great clear video and demo! :-)
It depends what you plan to juice. Horizontal juicers like the 707 are more flexible in what they can do - besides juicing they can make things like nut butter, sorbet, grind herbs, - even make oil with the oil press attachment. Vertical juicers like the 808 are easier to use because they are mostly self-feeding. Both types will make great juice. The 808 will do better with soft ingredients like mango, kiwi, berries, and pineapple. The 707 will do better on leafy greens like spinach, carrots, hard apples, etc. I personally use a horizontal (707) at home because I like to make more than juice. But in the office I use a vertical because it is faster and easier.
The Sana 808 featured in this video has the highest yield of any vertical we've tested. The only juicer with a higher yield is an Angel twin-gear juicer.
Gotta get me one of those, my old centrifugal juicer waste so much juice in pulp its not even funny, also the separation of the juice and amount of pulp is offputting thats why I stopped juicing a while ago. Thanx for the video. BTW EUJ808 seems to be identical to Omega VSJ843 that is sold on US market.
hey there, I have a question: is it normal that the machine makes a buzzing noise in standby, from the moment the orange arrows point towards each other? So before I push the on-button, the machine makes a buzz. When I push the button, it starts to turn normally, but the buzzing noice remains. It doesn't seem very normal. thank you!
Hi Michel That isn't typical. There is a magnet behind each arrow. When they point toward each other it completes the circuit, allowing the juicer to operate. But it should still be completely silent.
Hello. The performance would be identical. The EUJ-808 is the European version of the Omega VSJ-843Q. Regarding sorbet, we don't recommend it since it doesn't include a blank homogenizing screen - we suggest a horizontal juicer like the Sana EUJ-707. However, our friend John at Discount Juicers tried it with some success - you can see it here: th-cam.com/video/DnwuyCjTEng/w-d-xo.html.
Can it be damage without blank homogenizing screen? Can i buy blank homogenizing screen separate and try. For example blank homogenizing screen for Kuvings, does it fit?
Personally I've never tried it, but really the machine isn't designed for homogenizing and it could potentially damage it especially with things like frozen strawberries or hard nuts. A Kuvings screen wouldn't fit in there. If you prefer a vertical and want that function I had good results with the Omega MMV: th-cam.com/video/hyYtEse0mQo/w-d-xo.html
+Sophia Tsiakka Both have their pros and cons. But briefly: for vegetable based juices excels 707. For juicing a lot of fruit and soft food is better 808.
this has a 250 watt motor and reducing gears for twice the torq eg twice the power of the motor to crush things than any other machine and it still gats jammed up with some carrots WTH if a few lousy carrts do that might as well get the half price one as the reducing gears for more torq with a stronger motor must be a GIMMIK or a CON. My mistake its a Lousy 150watts thats eben worse i need atleast a 250watt if not 300watt.
LOVE this video, great work!
miammmm delicious!!! EXCELLENT!
Could we use it for the rice milk too (such the almonds milk) ??

Besides the voltage difference (220 v vs 110 v), it is the same model, just adapted for EU electrical systems. Thank you for the kind words.
AWESOME !!! thx!
HOW MAUCH ROUND FOR A MINUTE HAS THIS MACHINE 60 OR 80?
It's 43 RPM.
Wow really? Thanks
Is it better to pass fruit than this model? Sana Juicer by Omega EUJ - 707

Does Le Juicer Sana Omega have a higher yield than the Sana Juicer?

Thank you for your answer, it is not available in France?
It is available from our French partner here: www.eujuicers.fr/sana-juicer-by-omega-euj-808-orange

Is the second generation better at extracting the juice, is the pulp even dryer with this?
Or is the only benefit that it spins slower?
Hi Eerik. Main benefit of this new vertical generation is that the juice is less pulpy. It has slightly higher yield so the pulp is possibly drier.
EUJUICERS.COM Eerik when are you going to review the new OMEGA TWIN GEAR juicer the omega twn30s?

Hi can you make a video on comparing the Sana by Omega EUJ808 and Omega VSJ843?
Can i make fruitsorbet with Sana by Omega EUJ808?
