I noticed you are playing on PS. How do you control where the arrows end? I have had it where numerous times it will shoot at something random even off screen...
Yeah, it happens a lot and got worse on the latest RF "fix", but I just deal with it; positioning and where your char is facing are very important, and in my opinion, mapping evade to L1 helps a lot. On bosses, sometimes I use the lock on feature (you can map the button for it on settings) like 8:56, note the big arrow above the boss head.
Hey man, do you think barrage rogue can beat Uber Lilith? I saw your vid where you took her down fast but I don’t think barrage is capable or maybe I’m bad
I'm sure it can, but it will be a slow fight, barrage is not that good for bossing at all. If you really want to kill Lilith fast, follow the build link on the description (the first variant, without Shako).
Because I was lacking damage to that boss fight due to my gear and the only other offensive option would be elements that I don't like. Funny thing is that the boring basic attack builds has plenty of other offensive aspect options. Blizzard is a joke! Ps: I only didn't used the assimilation aspect on that run, but I don't recommend doing that.

I’m debating trying this just because the extra xp. Have a heartseaker and Andy’s build but this just looks interesting

Why do you use the standing still aspect on the second dagger instead of spending resourcess for dmg buff like in your guide?
