My brothers have been in help desk for awhile and I’m planning on starting soon too but I don’t want to stay in help desk for long. I want to become sys admin and network engineer eventually is that possible? It sounds like a lot of people get stuck in help desk position.

@@dhanex That was my previous job for Sentinelone. I worked iam specific to their tools. That's different from regular iam stuff. I don't work there anymore.
