If you're still thinking about getting started with Notion, this is a great time to spend some time seeing how it wrks. I think it's much better to start by downloading other people's templates than trying to figure out how to create your own. And if you're already using Notion and you know how it works, importing other people's templates is also a great idea to complete your own workspace and try out new things. Also if you need a specific template, and someone has already created it, why not save some time and just use it?

Ive been thinking about starting using Notion for a couple days now since I first heard of it and immediately shared the app with a friend who uses Asana... We both loved how customizable it is but damn, so overwhelming! Like already some people said, this video changed my mind on that. Premade templates ftw for starting out!

I just started to use Notion recently, and this video was very useful!
I started using Notion just around 2 months ago, when I started university. I put my college schedule, lecture notes and review notes, tasks and assignments database, other things I want to do (event committees, competitions, seminars), and even my resume. I've never been this organized in my life.

I use notion for a few months already and I really love it, it's just that in the last month it started lagging so much in both browser and desktop version and I don't know what to do with it
The workouts template just solved ALL my issues with workout logs. I had been doing it for a while now in Google Sheets, however, it was hard to see, hard to log and overall not so motivational to keep doing. I made just a few changes and added some stuff to see things more in terms of numbers (ex: reps * weights to see total workout capacity) but the overall template was awesome. Thank you!

Very helpful as someone who is just starting to get into Notion. Quick question for anyone: for the weekly or monthly spreads, what do you do with the last week or month´s one? Do you just delete it or archieve it? If so, do you have like an archive "folder"? Thanks!

I really can’t love Notion. Table after table like Excel spreadsheets at work. I know others love it and use it to run their lives. Maybe I need to use Notion more and experiment with it. Not sure I have the enthusiasm for it when I can get what I need from Evernote and task managers e.g. Todoist and Things 3. Very good video as always and it has prompted me to have another look at Notion to see how I can use it.
I’m feeling choice paralysis when getting in to Notion.
There is so much to do but it requires a lot of data entry to get started.
Hello! I just recently saw your video and I believe it is a great idea to be able to have an electronic agenda. I do love writing in my planner but sometimes with school its better to have it written and on the computer. Is all the information in Notion kept private?

If you already have an iPad Pro with a very good app like Notability/Goodnotes, you can also design your own templates of every sheet. So for those who are using Notion, is the difference only about clickable content? So you do not have to keep scrolling but search for your topics easier? Besides, Notability/Goodnotes also have a search function so I do not see how we can fully make use of Notion if you have an Ipad with an apple pen? Please help, thank you.

Aside from the 5mb per file upload limit, is there any other limitation for the free version? Like limited pages you can create? Or if you create a table, does it limit you to 100 rows?
Not that I know of. A couple of years ago the free version was limited to 1000 blocks but they’ve removed it :)

How can i have dark mode on notion in Windows
I gave Notion a chance, it didn't stick. Tried it again, it didn't stick. Then again for my thesis - which worked OK but still not optimal. I tried to organize my goals, notes, to dos, calendar, recipes, inventory of skin care, financial budget, exercise schedule, curriculum, journaling, and so on and so on. I tried the app for phone, ipad, pc, and also the webversion. It just doesn't seem to stick with me, unfortunately.
There are a lot of other options available though! Have you tried Clickup, for instance? Or maybe you will manage things better with a paper planner or other type of analog system ☺️

Almost all of these are free. You can find links for everything in the description box. Some of them may be broken as this is an early 2021 video but searching for the template name on Google will probably do the trick

I usually do the Breath exercises during my rest days, I'm not following the whole thing rom start to finish. I did a whole month of YwA two years ago, though, and I absolutely loved it!
