    All i see is empty malls at every corner and nook of Noida. So many commercial spaces, illogical prices, illogical loading percentages, gullible buyers.
    Even Bhutani's so called flagship project hasn't picked up yet and i dont see it happening for at least 5 years if not more.

    What I see, hypermart is a failed concept in India. In summers we need air conditioner or else or t-shirts will be completely wet within 5 minutes after we get out of our car and try to find a good store in hypermart. If a company decides to build a fully air-conditioned parallel to this project and obviously the crowd will go there. Sidhi basha me bolu to market garam hai jo marzi cheez bana ke bech do, sab bik ra hai. There are very less malls and entertainment zones in Noida which is allowing companies to experiment. This project so obviously stupid and we cannot compare it to cyper city and all because it is obviously a non ac mall, lol.

      @@SauravSharmarv bhai Noida Avenue sector 129 Noida me invest kardu kya? Lease amount 100 se upar hai per sq feet ka as promised but Paras one33 ko dekh k lag rha hai galat decision to nahi le rha hu mai.

    Hi Saurabh ji,, have a unit in lower ground floor,, can I hold for long or exit ,, because Paras can’t lease out our units from last one year? They commit but not able to lease out till date..

      Boss my suggestion is to exit Asap otherwise you're loss will go high day by day I have a shop not getting the price even what I have invested from last 4 Years This is my Brotherly Advice or you can check it yourself if you will get a buyer
