Initially they might not be available immediately. I think I had to wait a few days the first time I used it but after that it has always been immediate for me

When you hit send there is a little QR scanner in the top right to scan someone's QR, or is someone sends you a BTC address via text or email you can just copy paste
I copied and pasted a address and I couldn’t send it I think 🤔 that the QR code has to be delivered by where ever your sending the bitcoin.
Just saw your video. For some reason I don't see the BTC address function to send BTC to my external wallet. What version of Cash app do you have? Was there an update?
No update that i know of. Did you already purchase bitcoin? The send to button doesn't show until you buy some
@@ThinkStocks Yes I did. I bought some BTC, then tried to send it to my external wallet but the BTC address function was not there.
Could be that there is a day or two hold on the money if it was ACH. The first time I bought on Cash App there was a hold for a few days before the funds cleared. But after that first time there hasn't been a hold since then.

On the bottom right of your app, click the bitcoin logo, and scroll down until you see "Verify your Identity". It will ask you to take a selfie of your face and thats it. Once completed, you will be able to copy and paste your bitcoin address into the send section.

Let's say I received a money on my cash app and convert it to Bitcoin,is there any charges or fee for that? Also after sending to wallet and I want to send back to a bank account, is there any fee for that to?
You pay a commission fee on cash app to convert to BTC (probably around 3%) and then you pay a miner fee to move from cash app to a wallet which could be as little as a few pennies

Sometimes depending on an address you need to write a note with it. Also what type of wallet are you sending it to? Does it start with "bc1" or "lnbc1"?

Thats a good question. And it depends. If you bought bitcoin and it appreciates in value, then yoh send it to someone else to pay for a service or product then you would have to report the gains after selling on your taxes. So it you bought $1,000 worth of BTC, and it appreciated to $1,200 and you sell all $1,200 to someone you would need to report the $200 gain and possibly pay taxes on the $200.
