Looks like a solid boom arm for the price. I’ve been looking into some to hold my Blue Yeti, but haven’t gotten around to purchasing any. I think this one will probably be on my radar for the ease of mobility. Only issue I see is the lack of complex movement with a few cheaper pieces put into setting up the arm. It has more general and broad movements, but less fine-tuned movement as you may see from some slightly more expensive arms.
I definitely like the low-profile aspect. I still highly recommend the Rode PSA1. As it is an excellent arm assuming you don't need/want the low-profile. I also think that Elgato has a low-profile one. And they have been killing it recently with "streaming" peripherals that I think they would be who I would check out first if I wasn't going with the PSA1.
