Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2 (which Pac-Man Arrangement is in)'s music can be downloaded from HCS64 in VGM (sequenced) format. You can play these files in a VGM player such as Game Emu Player for foobar2000 (though I've noticed that some parts sound off, like the chords' exaggerated tremolo in World 0). Also, someone made an accurate soundfont which contains Pac-Man Arrangement's samples.
