Only through meritocratic system of governance that Tigray can unearth and utilize available qualities and Tigray misses such opportunities because it critically lacks mechanisms to spot and utilize talent. In many ways, I share his reflections. He is very bold, honest, courageous and proactive in envisioning and sharing reflections on and about the unfolding future. Only through availing platforms to everyone that we can all learn and benefit from the best minds around and within us. I appreciate him personally. Advise the new generation to divorce it self from the old thinking (the old party) and the old generation and push for justice and accountability. And obvious that there is no reform options that can fit TPLF and the ITG. .
Same failed leadership is still leading Tigray. How do we expect different results? Tigray is going downhill with this failed, politics and leadership. Our people are perishing with multiple endless sufferings, God only knows the full pictures of sufferings and horror of our people of Tigray. God please save our people, Amen!
