We need more dads who are willing and able to raise assertive daughters. When raised in such a manner they are much less likely to fall for lies spoken to take advantage of them. And they are much more likely to wait for a husband deserving of such strength.
I love how nonchalant he was about singing...like “I was hungry, grumpy etc” as if he was going to get a gallon of milk.😂 I wasn’t expecting the beautiful harmonizing as well as the pitch perfect. Sometimes words aren’t necessary to see the love between a father and daughter. Well done dad!

YES. ..I agree! It bothers me that we don't roll out the red carpet and celebrate our troops who protect our freedom and make sacrifices like no other! But....instead we put actors, athletes & musicians up on a pedestal and idolize them. We really should be giving the honor and respect to our true American heroes who make it possible to live with freedom and security! I think we all take for granted how incredible these men and women are for their dedication, strength and service!: God bless every last soldier past, present & future! We owe everything to them!

Hey Dad, I spent 29 years in. Enjoy every minute you can. I am a little taken back when someone thanks me for my service. It was an honor. I can't imagine doing anything else. In today's environment I respect you for keeping such a positive attitude because that really affects everyone around you. Thanks for being such a great Dad.

My grandparents raised my brothers and I and there was always music playing, even when we were watching tv you could hear music coming from the kitchen while grandma my aunt and I were cleaning up after a meal or from one of the bedrooms, 2 of my 3 brothers and I sang in school, it’s always been part of our lives. Generally, family makes a better harmony than strangers. The longer non-family sings together, the better the harmony gets. I don’t know the “why” but family just seems to be more “in tune” with each other.
So glad to hear your testimony of how you love your wife and life. My Dad had 3 daughters and he majored in vocal music so I was surrounded by music. Love it and yes, happy people sing. God give you wisdom as you raise your lovely daughters.

I graduated Chaplain School with CH Peterson. He is a godly man, dedicated soldier, father and husband. Proud to know him.
I love this. He is not only sharing his musical gift with his daughters, but he is passing down his love for our country. God bless and protect him and his family. I love to see men showing love to their children, & especially showing daughters how a good man would treat them. My father sang and played the guitar in our living room when I was growing up, but I never got to sing with him. He died at a young age from a heart attack, but maybe in heaven we will sing together with my mom, and my brother who are already there. 🎸🎶

Keep singing! Music can be such a special bond anyway, but when you add the element of singing together, it’s even more! And when you sing with your family, there’s just this natural complimentary harmony between voices that doesn’t often happen with others!
I lost my little sister, my only sibling, to breast cancer almost 5 years ago & I feel like something is missing when I sing now so keep it up & enjoy each other!
