Passing and cutting is fantastic when you have kids willing to stop dribbling to make the pass to the cutter. Social media clips highlight all those 1v1 ankle breakers and never the simple plays.
@david-33 100% agree! Keep things simple and effective...that's how we train. If you can't use it in a game, it doesn't make sense to waste time on practicing it
Am I supposed to drop my hips to get low or lower just lean forward? I see different players do different things, so I’m not sure how to approach this.

Pass and cut is way more lethal than play low and cut dribbling because passing the ball is faster than dribbling…

Yes! We teach ballhandling vs dribbling as ballhandling encompasses more than just dribbling drills.

Drop your hips because then you are ready to explode into your move. If you lean forward you will be off balance. Keep ATTACKing!
