First let me say you did a great job more people could learn how to do these comparisons by watching this video. You played the same things consecutive for each speaker and then combining the speakers that was brilliant. I have this in my 212 exactly and it's incredible. It's so complex so many things going on with those two speakers together. I think the next thing I'm going to go for his maybe some greenbacks with some v30s for my other cab. I'd be curious to hear what that sounds like

      Thank you!
Greenbacks and V30s are great together!

The H75 sounds like a guitar speaker mic'd up using a SM57, the Cream sounds like a guitar speaker mic'd up using a SM57 running into a Neve Mic Pre, a Teletronix LA2A compressor, EQ'd by a classy sound engineer and ready to sit in a mix.

amazing shootout, but first dirt clip clearly shows that alnico cream is perfect speaker IMO...I have 2 of them on top and 2 redback on a bottom in my friedman 4x12 cab and it´s the best speaker combo ever /,,/ ( and I tried them all )

Thank you for the kind words - both are great speakers. I haven't tried a Redback yet but would like to at some point.

Alnico seam to do slightly better with dirt to my ears. Great comparison. Marshall style amps really do well with those speaker types. Great vid.

Do you think it would make any difference with which one is on top?

Can u do a cabnet comparison between the katana speaker cab and mesa 2by12 rectifier 😀

In my experience I've noticed that the creamback range sounds great when you're using an amp that's like a Marshall plexi or a JCM800 even but when using as n amp like the prs mt-15 or mesa boogie rectifier they sound really fizzy. I can plug my victory sheriff 44 into my 2x12 with creamback 65s and my God the tone is the voice of God himself, if I plug my mt-15 into the same 2x12 it sounds really fizzy and gnarly and not in a good way.

Does your alt t pro have thornbuckers or ssv pickups in it?
