+Rajshri Food hey I tried the recipe with rumali rooti everyone loved it in my family😘 thanks a ton sharing things which I did different from the chef #no use of mustard oil as my family don't like the smell :( #i don't have the nice looking pan so grilled the paneer in non stick pan #used little oil to crackle zeera in pan before adding my gravy (after making paste in mixer) # as used marinate leftovers in gravy both have salt (which one need to be careful of) add little cream in it to lower the salt effect
tried it this evening for dinner (but with 1/4 the amount of chili powder - was still burning enough xD. This tastes amazing! Great recipe - I will definitively do it again!

I'm sure you can replace paneer with tofu. I'm vegan so that's the first thing that can to mind cuz they already look like tofu! I just started cooking indian food and been loving it.
