A Day Trackside: MOW, Portland & Western train 664 and SD9043MAC's

A few maintenance of way vehicles move south through Woodburn to clear the way for an afternoon of trains. First up are SD9043MAC's #8266 & 8261 with a manifest moving north through Woodburn. "Ninety MAC's"?? Oh, did I forget to mention this footage is from 2012? They are a beautiful sight to behold just a few months before heading to storage.
After exploring another area of town, I return to the UP main in Woodburn and find an unlikely visitor, Portland & Western train 664 holding the main and waiting for approval to move north. Minutes later the train rumbles on in true smoky EMD fashion. With the 664 safely in Hito siding, the daily Coast Starlights trains #11 (with P40DC #815 & P42DC #176) and a late #14 (with P42DC's #115 & 207) have the way clear to breeze through Hubbard. Finishing the afternoon is daily QPDRV with ES44AC #5497, ES44AC #7463, SD70M #4254 and DPU ES44AC #5553.

Nice video! Those SD9043 MACs are rare, at least nowadays. I like the picture quality (video quality) as well, it's very sharp.
