I love how you broke everything down! Candlestick analysis is so important because they all tell a story in a since of what the other candlesticks are doing in smaller timeframes from the larger ones. You can tell when the trend will reverse into another trend based of candlesticks. Excellent video!

I've watched other videos that claim to be beginner videos... and then they start using intermediate to advanced terminology that I then have to go look up which does nothing but confuse me even more. You explained EVERYTHING in a way that a elementary schooler could understand and for that I thank you!

Like others have said, I've watched other videos and still never could fully pin down the "what/how/why" of candlesticks. What your video seems to consider that others don't, is that most people watching these videos have very little exposure to or knowledge of very basic stock market concepts. It's like defining a new word with other words you don't know. Thank you for taking the time to really lay it out in a digestible way for us non-finance folk. Great video.

A problem I find with a lot of other channels is that they immediately start talking in technical jargon. I thought tech guys were bad, but stock heads can be completely intolerable and find myself lost within a matter of seconds. Thanks broheim.

This is by far the easiest, most simplified explanation of how read candles, chart, find resistance, and understand the complete basics that I have found on YT. I see these experts in the comments telling you this is impossible to do live.. Which tells me they don't understand the basics. Obviously there is much more to it, but if THIS info doesnt help you understand when to wait, buy, sell, or hold... Idk if there's any helping you...

Ive been struggling to find a good learning resource for candlesticks that I could understand (I have trouble learning things because of my ADHD) and this was recommended to me in a group. What I read from this candles is something like this:
1)If the colored area is bigger- I "know" that there was a lot of traffic.
2)wicks represent the small amount of traders that went berserk with prices, meaning- small amount of offers but much higher/lower then the rest of them.
3)I am glad you prove me that I am an idi##.
