Great job. I don't see how you paint that small of a figure with that big of a brush. You are way more talented than I am. There is no way I could have done that. Looks great 👍
The big brush is the trick. A good kolinsky n°2 have a tip as fine as a 2/0 but with the advantage of slowing the tip drying. When you paint with smaller brushes the paint drys very quickly because it cant carry much paint. With a n°2 you can carry more paint and wirh that slower drying on the tip and few trips to the paint palette 🙂
Yes! I have been collaborating with AMMO on the last months and I didn't have enough time to edit. Now I have an editor and I hope to post more regular again. I didn't record this particular vignette but I would like to know what type of content you want to see here :)
@@ModestModeler Just as an idea. Maybe short bite sized videos(or YT shorts) that either focus on painting and weathering. Or other helpful tips in general. Thanks. Pretty much what you already have going on lol. But my personal favorite is seeing the weathering stage from you.
Curiously I will revisit older videos an transform them in shorts. I have many cool tips and tricks inside bigger videos that will be cool to show again to newer subs. Future video will also be released in the "complete format" and a couple days after in "shorts format" :)
Looks nice 😊 having served in the USMC myself, just wanted to say we aren’t called soldiers we are called MARINES. The army is affiliated with the soldier name
Great job! question: why did you not paint the grip of the M2 flamethrower in the left hand of the soldier? I am always so focussed on all the details that I newer get a result like yours, again great job!

@@ModestModeler yes..a really good "big" brush it's the secret. Quality always rule.
Great paintwork, great tutorial, great music 10/10
Wow, I always found this scale difficult to work with, congratulations on the result.
Thank you!!!

Great to see that you’re back. This Pacific diorama is looking exciting and I actually can’t wait to see how it was constructed. :-)

@@ModestModeler je suis sûr que je ne serais pas déçu….
Good job. But why not black and brown wash?
Que precisão numa peça tão pequena. Obrigado pelo vídeo.
De nada! Apesar dos problemas com o foco da câmara creio que é facil de entender o processo 🙂

What is the yellow and blue thing you are using for a base to hold him upright?
What size and type of brush do you recommend for figures this size? Thank you for taking the time to make this video.
Thanks for this video! Did you paint or airbrush the black primer?
Black base by air brush?
Great job!

Awesome techniques and ideas! Got to love these 3D printed figures! I got a few in the pipeline myself :D Who is the manufacturer?
They are sculpted by Artejaol and are available on CGTrader :)
Excellent job dear friend,i am a corious what is the brand of this figure? Nice,i think was created in resin 3D,thanks if you can send information
Hi may i know the height difference of 1:87 and 1:72
All nice but what's the point of publishing a video where you can't see the most important thing - a figure...
